I have spent hours on the phone listening to how 'all of our agents are currently assisting other callers'.
Well after trying for a ridiculous amount of time to try and speak to someone I have given up and will try writing.
They are supposed to be managing pensions that have time bound requirements - I will probably be dead before I get to speak to someone!
Wait a minute - maybe that is the plan??

Poor service
Poor service. I have contacted XPS three times and each time I have been on hold for an hour, no one tells you what to expect, there is no urgency and the three people I have spoken to have been really dismissive and unsympathetic about my concerns. For example, I was told I may be going 6 weeks with out a monthly payment but 'thats all right, you just borrow it off your lump sum and pay it back'

I know that XPS have received a lot of bad press recently BUT I retire 27/10/26 and has pensions options through today , although when the originally came through I couldn’t access them due to password issues but upon speaking to Karen and Mary they rectified the issue quickly and had options resent to me immediately - so far so good !
