Xtrade is one of the most frustrating…

Xtrade is one of the most frustrating and concerning platforms I’ve ever dealt with.

What they present as “available funds” is misleading, often tied to unclear bonus conditions and restrictions that are not properly explained upfront. Everything seems fine until you try to withdraw your money.

When I decided to leave the platform, I ended up losing everything. That alone says a lot about how this system is designed.

The worst part is the customer service. Instead of helping, they call repeatedly and can become aggressive and disrespectful when questioned. That behavior is a huge red flag.

No legitimate financial company should operate like this.

If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from Xtrade and choose a broker that actually respects its users.

Xtrade is design to steal your money

Stay away from this scammer company name.commision is so high in your win trade. They dnt let you withdraw full amount. Withdraw also have comission cut. This company is not a real broker it scam company design take your money. Luckily I only put little amount and i tried and tested very very bad experience

Please don't believe this App, it is a cheating APP,
Iam a heart patient, these people promised to give the profit daly, but that they have taken my emergency funds for my medical.
Now they are not allowing me to withdraw the amount

Terrified

Terrified! Premium is too high for small investors! I newly joined Xtrade on 5 March, 2026. As a trial, my principal amount was approx. USD267, with an opened position worth of about USD215. I was told the company earn transaction fees (trading spread)only, no other charges. As the trading value didn't move much, my open position was held in the following 2 business days, and I found there was of a premium of USD150 levying there! USD50/day!! Trading spread of up to 17% was already very high, I had no choice, but closed position, as a result, I lost $35 and had to pay a premium of $150. The worst was, before I resolved to close my position, I had tried to call the person who firstly contacted me as well as my assigned investment adviser, both telephone lines were not in service any more. That's really terrifying me!

he promised me to is you invest Rs 24000/- you will get bonus also, and If I (santosh) will see that you are at loss we will not invest any where,
He took the mony via UPI number,
which upi number and names of the accound holder goes to change after a instant,
he promised I(santosh) will give you daily approx Rs. 5000 profit, If get loss, investment will be not done, I (santosh)has a big team for the opeartion, So,money will not be forfeited,
one day after giving payment
he called me and take adhar and address proof,
all online registration done
next day he called me and told to login me in system, he was on video call and and did buy sell
after that approx aall money was lost in buy sell game of share, after that no repsonse for approx 15 days, then he call me to have Rs, 50000/- thousand to invest again, as I am not a job person, I 1st manged money very hardly rs 24000 to give him, I was unable to pay him Rs 1,
after that No repsonse so full money is forfeited
so , please NO one invest money to this company
if there have any respnsible person of company and want to get recovered money , I will give the other details , I will be very gratefull to him

I was scammed my hard earned money

I was scammed my hard earned money! Your account manager made me open trade and bith trades immediately went into negative as if she knew the trades will lose, i tried contact her to assist me but she never retained nkt even a single email, I lost all my funds.

I am Gowri, working in Singapore, 2023 march to until 2025 feb I invested about 10750 USD did all the transactions to Xtrade platform it allows to draw about 2.5 K USD only once . From the beginning it was tough to draw any amount.After that keep lost my amount in trade, when I bring to customer service , they did nothing, All my hard work of day and night of my profit about 10 to 15 k USD all gone out, most of the time 1/2 of my day profit will vanish next day...when ask them the reason just they said , it’s due to markets volatiles and over night fee, they given lot of name called advisor, once all my top up they also disappeared, my last trade they kept one staff name called vikram singh he said he calling me from UK, when I started its from Australia when it goes to U.K. I never know I am not Informed, this man guide my last trade on 2026 march 7 th , i seen literally he manipulated my trade and make it disabled for a while of time asked me open oil to sell in swing trade at Iran war time , asked my password and asked my fund how much can draw out , once all my amount got he also disappeared but still I believe this platform was legit ,until I received mail from BLOCK CHAIN recovery team, my money was scammed by Xtrade how much was I last , date, time particular amount around (35 k sgd)name , email ID , contact number every thing, they claims that they are from UK,but I didn’t respond to them, After few days I received from another recovery platform that called Financial recovery technology UK limited, ( Josef Brietman) also mentioned that the same amount of high risk transfer happened under my name , and mentioned that X trade , Mentioned that same particular amount, contact number and email ID. but I am surprised how they know all my details , MY CONFIDENTIAL BREACH by XTRADE, ask me send all the details as a proof to get back my amount,still I didn’t respond to them, I need justice and direct deal with X Trade, kindly pay back my asset 10750 k USD+ my profits (manipulated and drained by your staff + amount for Breaching confidential) then proof that you are a legit… I haven’t make any police report yet…kindly do your justice , once I get the justification from your company. I will edit all my report…
