XTrade open to many positions at the same time.....sometimes 16!!! Then when account is under stress you have to deposit more money! Bonuses are not what it means.....more like a loan because when account goes bad your deposits go first. Won't recommend them at all.

The company is likely to be an scammer, the trader convinced me to deposit usd 23,000 and trade my money until is reaches around 100,000 usd, but the problem, i was not able to withdraw my profit until my account was below the margin level and he told me to deposit again 20,000 usd to continue trading, but I realize it was a technical scamming.

UPDATE Feb 26, 2026: In response to Xtrade’s reply below, I have already contacted both support and compliance multiple times without resolution.
For clarity, my complaint concerns the reapplication of a bonus after my withdrawal request had already been submitted. This action resulted in my deposited capital being reclassified as “non-withdrawable,” preventing access to my legitimate funds.
I have reviewed the applicable bonus terms and do not see any clear provision permitting the reapplication of a previously removed bonus under these circumstances.
My account was closed while my deposit capital of USD 10,000 remains under active dispute. I have retained full documentation of the timeline and account adjustments.
As the matter has not been resolved internally, I am proceeding with formal submissions to the relevant regulatory and financial dispute channels.
I remain open to resolving this promptly upon reconciliation of the outstanding funds.
I am writing this to warn other traders about my experience with Xtrade International Ltd. I have an outstanding withdrawal of $10,000 USD that has been delayed for months, despite their advertised 3–5 working day withdrawal policy.
Key issues experienced:
• Unresolved Withdrawal: My capital and profits remain unpaid after weeks of “processing.”
• Bonus Adjustments: The company applied and removed bonuses multiple times without my request. This had the effect of altering the “Withdrawable Balance” and blocking access to my legitimate funds.
• Poor Communication: They only respond after repeated follow-ups, offering no clear timeline for the remaining $10,000.
• Compliance Delays: My account is in full compliance with their terms, yet the funds are being withheld. Their compliance and legal team closed my account while the withdrawal dispute was still ongoing, after I declined the settlement they offered, leaving the remaining $10,000 unresolved.
Based on my extremely distressing and exhausting experience, I strongly advise traders to avoid this broker.
This is not a broker that prioritizes clients; I experienced long delays, inconsistent account handling, and lack of transparency. I have full documentation, emails, and account statements to verify these claims.
I will update this review if and when my funds are returned.

I was very excited to start a new experiences with them, but It turned out very frustrating. The counselor that I was assigned was very pushing about the amount of money that I need it to invest. It went from 200 dollars to 1,000 dollars and Still not returne my initial money. So my hopes went down.
