Not co operative and my withdrawal not proceed frequently asked to Maintain balacne I kept balance but Xtrade person deduct it and I tell me by mistake it's deducted.what is this. This not fair my profit till not received last 12 days ago

Xtrade is a cheating platform

I joined on 22nd January 26. Xtrade asked to transfer Rs 24,100/- is equal to USD 250.00.(What is the rate of 1 USD on 22nd Jan. 26? There beginning the cheat. As per Smt. Nirmala seetharaman our Hon. Finance Minister(Video attached) minimum Rs 5,500 shall be getting those who were joining in the platform and she gives its guarantee too. The person Mr.Asher, Xtrade was instructed me for joining. He asked my ATM card details including its CVV number, I asked him for what? He replied me that my money deposit was by UPI and depositing my profit with my bank account it is a must.
Today 16 February and no benefit added yet with my account. More over after collecting my card details on 22nd January itself 3 attempts were there for withdrawal money and all failed due to insufficient funds with my account.
Later told I have to keep Rs 50,000/- a minimum balance in my account then only the transaction will be happened. I blocked my ATM card and applied for a new card. I have submitted my account details and nothing happened so far. One Mr. Vipin Kumar as per Mr. Prakash, Xtrade tried to pay me Rs 24,000/-,equal to USD 270.00 as my profit. Actually it was trying to withdraw from my account and I got message from my bank. It also failed. After 9th February not any movements from Xtrade.
This is my experience with Xtrade and so how I'll evaluate them.

No puedo dar una opinión certera porque no conozco la empresa pero deberian dar mas seguridad a los clientes para que tengan la confianza de depositar su dinero en su aplicación yo me retiro justamente porque no me genera la confianza necesaria para seguir con ustedes.

Never Again!

I lost more than 40000 USD in 1 week by following guidisnce of an investment consultant. We did several transactions each is around 2000 usd. Gold Silver etc. Even if we bought SILVER with 40000 40% down that week, we should have 24000 available in the sccount. I never understand how the transactions are reflected and money to withdraw is slways ZERO.

People gave me a good assistance

People gave me a good assistance.
But they didn't all the true about the inverssion. You charged me, ARS 87000, apart from u$s200. No body could explain to me what was this new charge about. I made a mistake. Ihaven' t got the perfil to use XTRADE Platform. I'm pensioned and I have no money. Please I want to recover all the money because I need it to much. Thank you.

Suggestion to xtrade

Receiving money from xtrade is seems to be improved asking deposits more but trade income should reach us then only it is happy to deposit and receiving is also happy instruction should be given for charges for receiving trade income well in advance now only my receiving money is on process via withdrawal process thanks

I have enough evidences to prove that this company is a fraudster company since Mr.Naveen Kumar so called Account manager has stolen my OTP and vacated my account as well as credit card by pretending without my consent. When asked he told he will reverse it immediately.but couldn't

No body come back to train and I am contacting your account manager but no avail.. So I dicided to withdraw my investment even I lost base on exchange rste. I told her that money is for my wife's medical expenses and I need it now. The problem is thevwidrawal needs approval and takes 5 working days and with charges, I don't know how much, so another losses for me. Anyway that is also my fault because I trusted your Account Manager. My favorable request is tk help me to withdraw my money immediately because I need it today. Thanks a lot. Delfin

The system shows I can withdraw 20100 but request rejected

The Xtrade system shows I can withdraw 20100 USD hence I submitted a withdraw request to withdraw 20100 USD to recover some of my lost fund. However, the withdrawal request was rejected and the reason given was uncompleted xtrade point. If so, the system should not show that there are fund for withdrawal. Is it a system error or withdrawal from xtrade is very difficult as I read about it after trading. Regret trusting verbal explanation from the start without reading the details from the Web.

On 18/11/25 I transferred Singapore…

On 18/11/25 I transferred Singapore $350 . After that on 21/11/25 your broker told me that I have to put in more money as my position need to put in more money and he told me to transfer S $300 but was not successful, than he say try S$1341.41 also not successful, and he say try another $1000 also not successful. After that he say try another $300 also not successful. So I presume since not successful. Than I don't want to proceed with the transfer and I told citibank to cancel all the transfer . But later I noticed all the money was taken from my account without my approval. It seems that you are a scam company out to cheat people.. I am making a report to Singapore police .
