⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly professional, supportive, and outstanding service

I began looking for a property in 2024, found the right property in the first quarter of 2025, and successfully settled in July 2025. Throughout this entire journey, I worked with William Singleton at YARD Mortgages (Sydney City, NSW), and my experience has been consistently positive from start to finish.

William has been kind, helpful, patient, understanding, and highly intelligent. He communicated clearly, explained each step thoroughly, and remained calm and supportive throughout what can often be a complex and demanding process. His professionalism and cooperative approach made the experience far smoother than I expected.

Even after settlement, William continues to look after me, which I greatly appreciate. His ongoing support and commitment give me confidence moving forward, and I would very much like to continue building my real estate portfolio with William and YARD, if possible.

William is one of the best loan consultants I have dealt with since beginning my real estate investment journey. He is reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcomes for his clients. I sincerely hope he has a long-standing and successful career in finance, as well as a happy and fulfilling life, because professionals of his calibre are rare.

Dealt with Meghan. An incredibly incompetent broker who failed more times than I can count on my fingers to deliver on promises. 3 months after my initial enquiry, with endless information and forms completed, and I find myself still without pre-approval and restarting the process with another broker. Prices have escalated dramatically over this time. You cannot contact them at all as it just rings out (ask yourself what sort of business doesn't have a receptionist), you get long winded replies to messages that look like they're based from a template or constructed with AI, and you can't even leave a complaint. I'm convinced most of the reviews on here are fake and I would ask yourself if you really deserve the hassle like this once you've paid a deposit and need something more than a pre-approval - good luck.

Shruti our broker had a huge task with what i needed, as most places said it was impossible. Moved really fast and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for a better broker, thank you yard, especially Shruti.

Meghan and the yard team were great to deal with. In a market where other lenders seem to not have basic lending skills, Meghan was exceptional throughout the process, clear on the process and communication. Working via longer term contracts seem an issue for other lenders but no issue for yard, plus the rate was great. Would highly recommend.

Meghan was amazing. This was a tricky loan to get with a lot of moving parts. Meghan never gave up and her optimism helped give me focus in what was a long but ultimately successful process. I could not be happier with the outcome or for having worked with Meghan. She turned what had been a deflating and frustrating process trying to get a loan with other lenders into something hopeful and good. I’m absolutely going to recommend her to anyone I ever meet who needs a loan.

Yard was extremely helpful in securing us finance for a complex loan involving a rural property as well as refinance. They were extremely efficient and approval came through quicker than any traditional lender. Our Lending Manager, Will, was very knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Without Yard we would likely not have been successful in the purchase of our dream home!
