They will not return my call to fix hearing aids I purchased less than a year ago. I spent over 4000 dollars for a waste.

"Yes Hearing" has been wonderful from start to finish! They were conscientious, kind and authentic with their concerns. It never felt like they were trying to sell me anything - they just wanted to help me hear better! From the consult to the Zoom meeting with the Audiologist, I couldn't be happier with my experience. They are happy to answer all of your questions, and they ask you to check in with them as MUCH as you want! It's great to be back in the world again with better hearing.

Terrible hearing aids, broke down 2 times and customer service is not responsive

I did not know what to expect when I made my purchase from Yes Hearing. the experience has been wonderful. The hearing aides are name brand, and they have helped improve my hearing 100%. I was guided through my purchase experience by professional support. I so glad I took the leap of faith and made my purchase from Yer Hearing.

I recently purchased Phonak Infinio hearing aids through Yes Hearing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team at Yes Hearing guided me through the process with care and expertise, making it easy to find the right fit for my needs. They even followed up afterward to ensure everything worked well, which I appreciated. The hearing aids themselves are fantastic, and the service from Yes Hearing made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

I found not having to make several trips to a Hearing Doctor was one of the first steps I reslly appreciated. I have used Octicon Hearing Aides for about 7 years. I wouldn’t want to even try a different brand. I put them in the mourning and forget them. Many a time I have forgotten I have them on and lay down to take a nap or go to bed at night, turn over on my side and realize I still have my Hearing Aides in. The Yes Hearing staff have been wonderful, including a surprise call yesterday just to check in on me. Thank you, I feel “taken care of”.

I purchased my hearing aid back in 2022 I believe. I started having an issue with them about 3 Months ago. I reached out to Yeshearing and a virtual appt was setup and executed. The Audiologist determined the receivers needed to be changed out. John from Customer service reached out and assured me they would be sent out. That was this past Friday. On Wednesday FedEx delivered the new receivers. I replaced the old ones and now my hearing is nice and clear again. Fantastic Customer Service as well as great Audiologist to help you get the best performance possible.
I will continue to recommend Yeshearing to all my friends and family. They are a great caring company delivering a great service.

My first appointment went well. My hearing aids needed adjustment and some additional parts ordered. They did not call or follow up. The woman, Donna, who was supposed to order the part, didn't do it. After many calls, she did, then showed up late to the appointment, and I never heard from them again. I am having trouble hearing with the new hearing aids, so I need to adjust. I have called and emailed, but nobody has responded. Outrageous!!

i would not recommend Yes Hearing. not only did i have a poor experience with faulty hearing aids i tried, i also found the telehealth nature of the fittings to be lacking. worst of all - when i decided to return my hearing aids within my trial, i had to hound Yes Hearing to get reimbursed. eventually i stopped getting email responses entirely and had to resort to filing a dispute with my credit card company until they issued it.

I really like the waterproof Phonak hearing aids.

I ski, kayak and bike, other sports too!

They perform much better for my situation than the Oticon aids. Much more powerful when needed.

I am and will continue to be a Yes Hearing customer.

The initial purchase was great. Follow up appointments are a complete joke. I’ve had two follow up in home appointments. The first time, the provider was late. Yesterday, they didn’t bother to even show up. No email no text, they just didn’t show up.

Yes Hearing can get you a pair of hearing aids for less than you will pay from a local audiologist, but god help you if you ever need in home follow up care. For me, the up front savings are not worth the ongoing issues with the follow up care.

I won’t be a repeat customer. There are too many issues with their contracted in home providers.

Incorrectly fitted for the hearing aids. They are too large for my ear canal and not comfortable to wear. I have left multiple voicemails and had been completely ignored. $3000 wasted. Stay away from this company

I’m hearing sound from things that I had long forgotten make sounds. They’re very comfortable to the point that I am unaware that the hearing aids are in my ears

I needed to replace my Oticon hearing aids I’ve had for 3 years. I saw Yes hearing ad on Facebook. I called them and found the price of their Oticon aids was the same I paid 3 years ago. They sent a hearing specialist to my house to conduct the hearing test, which I found to be more in-depth than the one I got from my ENT audiologist. They seem to be working better than the old ones. I’m very happy with them so far (3 months).

YESHearing sells you hearing aids whether you need them or not. The hearing test was not confidence inspiring. I asked for a copy of the audiogram, but never received it. YESHearing stayed very busy and positive offering ways to fix the hearing aids during the first 45 days, but failed to tell me I didn’t need them. Additional testing elsewhere showed that I do not need them. Now I am stuck with hearing aids I don’t need. Beware!

I contacted Yes Hearing and after a brief pleasent conversation with Lathan Hickney, lead salesman for Yes Hearing, with no documented offer, this lead salesman tried to get me to give him my credit card information and charge me unrefundable $200 to set up an to be scheduled in-home appointment with an unidentified Audiologist with the intention of starting a trial, with no written documentation on what I'm buying with my $200. Lathan Hickney was very pleasant to speak with however getting information beyond Lathan Hickney's canned talk was very difficult and after several misrepresentitive email exchanges where each time i specifically asked for a copy of a contract, he finally wrote me that there is no contract with Yes Hearing and never wiill be. He also incorrectly wrote to me that "for that matter from anyone else in our industry, it is not required and or neccessary". I do not know what "industry" he was writing about. I have purchased 6 hearing aids from three seperate, unassociated local Audiology companies and have always recieved a full contract without even asking, before paying or being invoiced for a penny. Though Yes Hearing might provide great services, I would never buy services without a written explanation of what services I'm buying.

I had a great experience with Yes Hearing. It was especially helpful that they come to your home as I am handicapped. Everyone on staff I dealt with was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Couldn't be happier with YesHearing.com. I tried Yes and one of their competitors (hear.com). YesHearing was the better of the two. The customer service was superior at Yes. Adam Alexander was so great to work with. He was very responsive and always provided timely responses. The fitting procedure was with an audiologist in person and much better because of it. I ended up going with the Oticon Intent. The hearing aids work great. They come with a 3-year warranty and are insured against loss or damage over the 3 years with a deductible.

I have had some difficulties with the hearing aids when I first got them. The ones I received were oticons. They were faulty and it took weeks to get some that would work for me. I switched to the starkeys and they are working great. Leyla was very helpful in sending me the supplies I needed. Miranda worked with me on getting them set properly
It was difficult to get in touch with the company and seldom got a call back.
I would give Leyla and Miranda 5 stars. Yes Hearing I would give 2 1/2 stars.

I was nervous about purchasing from an online group that was without a brick and mortar store. But I read some good reviews about Yes Hearing and decided to take a chance. And I have been so glad that I did.

The salesman that contacted me (Carlos) was personal, friendly, and professional and explained how the company's processes worked. He suggested that Phonak Audeo hearing aids sounded like they would work best for me. I did some research on them and agreed with his assessment -- I called back and placed my order.

Shortly thereafter I got a text from the salesman confirming my purchase (and an email) and then I received a text from a tech (Leyla) who said she would be the go-to person for any questions I had through the process. She confirmed that I would be contacted by an audiologist within a few days to set up an appointment for the hearing aid test.

The audiologist (Scott) set up the appointment. He arrived right on time, conducted the tests and set up my hearing aids. He thoroughly explained the care and function of the hearing aids and the MyPhonak app. He also followed up with a face-time phone call two weeks later to see how.

I've had a few questions that I've texted Leyla and she has always responded quickly. She helped me purchase an additional charger (which arrived in timely fashion) and has answered small technical questions that have arisen in my use of the hearing aids.

The hearing aids themselves work perfectly (I've had them for over a month now) and the people that have assisted me in this entire process have been wonderfully helpful, polite, and timely. I recommend them highly and with no reservations!
