I’ve recently used Alan for my mortgage for my house move. Having always gone to my banker for my mortgage I was dubious about the benefit of using a broker. How wrong I was. Alan has made the whole process simple and straight forward. Always available to answer questions and takes his time to explain each step of the process. Alan got me a great deal and I had the approval
In place less than 2 days from my application being submitted. Alan really made the whole process stress free and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to assist in the future.

Alan recently helped me to sort out life insurance for myself and my children. This was something I’d been meaning to do for a long time (I am 37 years old) but never got around to organising for myself. I finally got in touch with Alan after hearing about him through a friend and it was the the easiest and most simple process I could have hoped for! Totally painless, Alan took care of getting me the very best coverage for my money and all I had to do was fill in a short survey. Totally worth the short time it took for the peace of mind of knowing I am covered. He also made me aware of critical life insurance and sorted me out with that - had no idea of the benefit to getting a policy for both life and critical illness. Absolutely superb: Alan is professional yet friendly, with the patience of Job! I was buying a property in London with my son, with me "gifting" my contribution; this necessitated extra red tape for my son's lender (my son was obtaining a mortgage arranged by Alan) and with Alan's expert guidance my paperwork was accepted immediately. Alan answered queries promptly and succinctly and updated my son and myself regularly. He is a true gem.

Really engaging from the offset - Great to have a good conversation around the needs and also the financial implications this time around given the current interest rates. Alan listened to everything we had concerns about and came up with a great option. Even then we were able to tweak that to suit even more.
