If you don't want to lose your money, stay away from them. Just look at how many bad reviews there are for this company—and they are all true. Everyone who has dealt with them has suffered losses. The positive comments are posted by the employees themselves just to keep the rating up!

Everything about this service is awful! Don't believe a single 5-star review; they are written by their employees or bots. If you really want to know how this company operates, read the 1-star reviews. Everything about them is terrible, especially the technical support. Stay away from them!

Yonder is by and far the best credit card I have ever experienced. The rewards are superb, useful, and fun! And the app experience is stunning. As a person who used to work in fintech design, this app is 10/10.

The app is amazing. You can pay off your credit card any time and the points are fantastic as well.

Amazing idea, platform and benefits!

I find that the card is only good for international spending since it doesn't have the foreign exchange fee and the customer service is great too.

However, this card does not operate like a bank's credit card - it has restrictions. For example, I recently accidentally found out that it doesn't work with PayPal in certain transactions but it does with my bank's credit card. The credit limit is also very small compared to my other credit card. The rewards are not appealing either, even though I travel a lot, the travel perks aren't that good. I find the rewards are very niche, especially the restaurants. Since this isn't a luxury credit card, I would expect the rewards to be aim more mainstream, something like Tesco, Amazon or Sainsburys rewards.

Straight forward, easy to use, as they say it does what it says on the tin. Made my stay in Poland seamless.

Would not recommend them tbh. They literally closed my account without telling me even though I don’t have any debt with them, always paid my bills on time and haven’t actually told me why they have closed my account. I wouldn’t bother with them tbh not great. Maybe go with other providers there benefits are also pretty rubbish too! I wasn’t a massive user of yonder but still wouldn’t recommend

Terrible customer service - waiting ages for any kind of response… Difficult to trust such a “financial institution “.

used to be pretty good. Now, customer service is lazy, doesnt hold accountability and still has my money. Still under "investigation" and couldn't tell me the status nor progress of the money they took from my account. Could not locate where the deposit money went. Brian from south Africa was awful. Ayo, tried to be cheerful and took over but did not so a single thing.

Always quick to respond to customer queries. This is a great card with great benefits. I had a lovely pizza meal for two in Covent Garden - using Yonder and points, it cost me... £0.

Yes, £0 for two pizzas and two drinks in London! What other card offers that?

Update following Yonder’s response below: Their comment leaves us in exactly the same position: out of pocket, with our points gone and no resolution. They have done nothing to resolve this and have simply shifted responsibility to another provider, whose system changed the date of our booking. Responding publicly means very little when the customer is still left to sort everything out themselves.

An absolute shambles. We’ve now had problems on two separate occasions booking hotels through Yonder’s in-app experiences, and their customer support has been utterly useless.

We saved our points for our anniversary, booked a hotel through the app, and the booking ended up being made for the wrong date through their system, multiple times we checked the dates and had screenshot evidence of this. We couldn’t cancel it, and Yonder refused to refund either the money we paid or the points we used.

Instead of taking responsibility, Yonder repeatedly told us it was down to the hotel’s booking system. The hotel’s booking provider told us it was down to Yonder. We’ve been stuck going round in circles while neither side has done anything to resolve it.

Yonder offers these experiences through its own app, yet when something goes wrong, apparently it becomes someone else’s problem. We’re left out of pocket, our saved points are gone, and our anniversary plans have been spoiled.

For this to happen twice, with the same complete lack of accountability, is unacceptable. A rewards card is worthless if redeeming the rewards leaves you losing both your points and your money.

I wouldn’t use this card again, and based on our experience, I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

What a terrible organization this is. An acquaintance of mine just shared his experience with them, and I was absolutely shocked by what I saw! He successfully deposited 2,000 euros; support credited the funds, and there were no issues. The money sat in his balance for a day, but as soon as he started using his funds—right after his first purchase—they restricted his account! The way they handled the situation left me completely appalled. They told him the restrictions would be lifted within three days at most, yet no one ever contacted him! To make matters worse, they are trying to debit his money—funds that had already been successfully credited! They are threatening to send the money to someone else—not the Yonder account holder! They’ve driven the poor guy to a nervous breakdown. I’m writing this on my acquaintance's behalf; honestly, I am in shock.
