Yorkstone Sales Reviews

What a great company to deal with, from a speedy response to my initial enquiry to the helpful advice and the arrival of our amazing steps. Great customer service and great product.

The medium pond pack is a great product. While the hauliers were a pain, Jade in the office could not have been more helpful. Great stuff.

Quality stone backed up with fantastic customer service. Jade went above and beyond in my opinion to help me choose the stone I wanted for a new patio. Although I ended up using my own haulier, who I knew would be able to move the stone to where I wanted it, she was helpful and responsive on text.
When we needed a little more at the last minute, Jade organised it and the extra stone matched perfectly the batch we already had. The result is simply stunning. We would recommend Yorkstone Sales unreservedly.

Beautiful stone at the right price. Jade was great - helped me to order and arranged the delivery on schedule and as required. Highly recommended.

Jade looked after us really well, despite the messing around we had from contractors.
Good advice and guidance
Very pleased with both the stone and the step that was supplied.
and it was delivered on time.
I have no hesitation in recommending both Jade and Yorkstone Sales

This company couldn’t have done more. I have used them on multiple occasions with no trouble at all. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and have answered any questions I have asked. Their customer service is particularly great. Jade is an absolute asset to their team.
The York stone I have ordered arrived quickly and I was kept up to date with all delivery information.
I would definitely recommend this company and already have to many people who have admired the stone I bought.
I will be using Yorkstone Sales for all my future stonework projects.

Brilliant aftercare

The customer service at this company has been second to none. I have been dealing with Jade and she is a credit to the firm. Very efficient. I would certainly recommend using this company.

Such helpful and friendly staff. The quality of stone is superb and really makes our patio stand out from the crowd. Jade was so helpful and went out of her way to help us when we realised we were a few slabs short.
Would definitely recommend this company.

I would not hesitate to use Yorkstone sales again, they were fantastic and cut us some beautiful stone for our fireplace hearth. Jade was super helpful. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely brilliant service from first call. Quick & responsive, knowledgeable & helpful.

Jade and the team at Yorkstone have been really helpful in providing 2 sections of stone to use as garden steps. Thanks for all your help, and perfectly cut pieces.
The delivery was on time as well

The quality of the product of this York stone is fantastic and consistent as I’ve used them before over the last few years. The team are always very helpful and easy to work with and happy to supply you with the stone you require for your project. Running a landscape company I need a consistent regular supplier of good quality stone. We have built some stunning rockeries, steps and ponds and water features using the York stone in Brighton and Sussex. Delivery has always been quick and easy.

Excellent service from Yorkstone Sales.

Jade was very friendly and helpful from the get-go answering all my questions (however trivial) quickly and clearly. I changed my mind a couple of times on the stone type etc. and Jade was very patient giving me new quotes whilst I made my final choice. We had a wee hiccup with my order but it was resolved swiftly and without any hassle. If I ever need more Yorkstone I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Very happy with both the quality and service. From initial contact and allowing us to visit the Chichester site through to delivery. Jade kept us informed throughout and was quick to respond to questions.
The steps look amazing and compared to samples we received from other companies the quality and overall finish is first class. Fully recommended.
