J ai équipé mon velo avec un kit yose power une batterie de 350w depuis septembre 2024
Étant bricoleur, j ai installé le kit en 4h.
Je suis ravi
Je vais beaucoup en forêt
Batterie sur porte bagage renforcé
Je n'ai pas branché les freins par
câble ,car j ai des freins hydrauliques .

Great service and support was very helpful especially Joey who was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got me kit. Kit was very easy to install. Went on a 20 mile run to make sure everything was working as it should and I was very impressed with it.

Don't bother purchasing anything from them. If anything goes wrong and you need help, it takes a long time to resolve the issue you have. They state the email is 'UK' but it is clear the person contacting you is based in China as the time you receive responses will be at times like 3am. The phone number provided is from China - so only way of contacting them is email.

2nd battery I have purchased, within the last year. No issues at all. Nice and weighty battery, not some cheap rubbish that come with my bike.

Ordered 2 battery’s for my assist bikes from Halfords! As the battery’s they come with do not last long atall so I need a spare to carry with me! I nearly ordered the battery’s from Halfords but they wanted £300 for 1 grade b used battery! I managed to find yosepower after searching online! I ordered them and My battery’s come next day and honestly they are even better than the original battery’s I’ve got with the bikes, they last double the amount the original do! and cost £138 brand new! Honestly I cannot be happier thank you yosepower wish I knew about you sooner, will defo use you again x

It looks like I’ll be taking Yosepower to court. Here’s the situation: I bought a battery last year for £189 on Amazon from them, used it lightly, and now the indicator has stopped working. It’s just out of warranty, so I contacted them for help. Their response? They told me to test the voltage. I explained I don’t have a voltage meter, and their reply was, “I suggest you purchase one.” On top of that, they insisted I’d have to pay for any repairs because it’s out of warranty.

I then pointed out my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but since then—radio silence.

So, see you soon, Yosepower. I’m looking forward to hearing your response in court.

The scam company were removed or removed themselves from Amazon. Bunch of cowboys. Luckily Amazon refunded me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Kit acheté en décembre 2024 mais dimensions incompatibles avec mon vélo malheureusement (écartement fourche réellement nécessaire 11cm et non 10cm). Le service client est rapide et réactif avant l'achat et même pour les retours. J'ai quand même du financer le retour alors que leur mesure est un peu trop optimiste...

Le capteur de pédalage fourni avec le kit de conversion e-bike (qui déclenche le moteur et conditionne le fonctionnement du vélo) ne correspond qu’à une partie des vélos. Dans mon cas, j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de constater qu’il n’était pas compatible, et Yose m’a alors conseillé et vendu un capteur de pédalage supplémentaire différent. La fixation fournie de ce capteur n’est malheureusement pas adaptée à tous les vélos et il m’a fallu bricoler quelque chose, qui n’a pas fonctionné longtemps faute d’être suffisamment stable et solide. Je me retrouve avec un kit qui ne fonctionne pas et je regrette de ne pas avoir investi un prix un peu supérieur pour un vélo électrique plutôt que ce kit de conversion e-bike.

Le 20 septembre 2024 j'ai reçu mon kit de conversion 350w moteur roue arrière 700C.
En étant un peu bricoleur le montage est assez facile mais il faut une petite journée pour faire un bon travail.
Le résultat est bluffant et je suis très heureux du résultat. j'ai 71ans et je pèse 92Kg la batterie chargée me permet de faire 90 Kms en réglage éco à 25 de moyenne ce qui me contente pleinement.
Mon vélo est un Orbéa Orca de 17ans 10 vitesses qui s'adaptent très bien avec la roue livrée.
Pensez à commander le capteur de pédalier Shimano coté droit si vous équipez un vélo route (capteur Hollowtech 2)

Have a Yose Power 48v conversion kit for two years now . Commute 25 miles a day. Battery is starting to show it's age but I still get about 20 miles out of a charge. Can't comment on customer service because I've never needed them. Just purchased a replacement battery.

Absolutely trash product if you reading this I very highly suggest that you don’t waste your Money on this product everything they give you is cheap and crap and breaks within a month I had this and when you kit does break which it will you have to contact customer service to get it sent back and repaired.

I had a crappie service guy called Joey who told me to use a voltmeter on my battery, can you explain how that’s going to fix my motor wheel 🤦🤦 0 stars 💩💩😡

I decided to convert my two existing bicycles, having done me research I decided to go with Yose Power as the kit they offered suited the bike's conversion requirements. I placed the order and within 3 days I received the conversion kits. On opening the box's I was very impressed with the quality of this kit and was very well packaged ensuring no damage would occur. The instructions are adequate but you do need some previous experience working on bicycle's to understand how to for the conversion kit. Having said that you where provided with the necessary tools and all the items of the kit fitted perfectly without any major issues. Setting up the controller was easy and is easy to read, also it has a back light for those dark nights. Once everything was fitted (took me about 3 hours) and the batteries where fully charge I took the Bicycle out for a test ride, the PAS function works very well (1 to 5 settings) and I would recommend fitting the brake sensors (this cuts out the motor if you are pedalling whilst braking - a v-good safety feature). There are various instruction manuals online (via Yose Power) which helps provide some more information if required. I had to communicate with Yose Power UK via email and all my emails where answered. Last final point make sure you pick the right wheel type as there are two types, cassette type and freewheel type as this will affect if your existing rear cogs will fits - do your research on you existing bike to find out which type you have before you order !.

I have two kits and had them for a year now. I cannot say that the experience is faultless but the after sales service has been very good. I have been dealing with a person called 'Joey' who is very good and responds promptly to any questions. I would recommend.

J'ai acheté un kit roue + batterie en mars 2020. Peu de temps après l'avoir utilisé pour environ 300km, la batterie était défectueuse et se coupait après quelques minutes d'utilisation malgré un témoin de charge bon.
Yose Power m'a dit ne plus reprendre les batteries en garantie et m'a envoyé une vidéo pour vérifier le fusible. Le fusible étant bon, ils m'ont proposé de leur acheter un BMS à 24euros qu'ils allaient commander de chine.
J'en ai eu marre alors j'ai directement commandé un BMS en chine et me suis rendu compte que des cellules étaient mortes, que j'ai dû remplacer aussi. Une centaine de kilomètres après la batterie avait encore les mêmes pb.
J'ai donc payé 406e pour moins de 500km et la garantie n'a pas été respecté.
J'espère que les batteries sont maintenant fiables ou prises en garantie réellement.

j'ai acheté un kit roue arrière 250w et une batterie de 36v / 18AH. C'est installé sur un vélo que je n'utilisais plus et j'en suis satisfait pour l'instant.
En discutant avec un vélociste de Reims, il a attiré mon attention sur le danger que représentent certaines batteries fabriquées en Chine et qui ne disposent pas de carte de contrôle BMS et risquent de prendre feu. Qu'en est-il du kit que j'ai acheté ?

there is no after sales service, if you have a problem they just answer "send us a video" and then nothing happens.
I bought it on Amazon , there is no A to Z guarantee , you can’t return the stuff if it don’t work correctly.
I can’t recommend neither the seller as the conversion kit.

Have owned a Yose power rear wheel conversion kit for 14 months, without any issues, I was very happy.
Unfortunately my battery started to suddenly shut down at just around 50% of it's charge.
I contacted customer service as the battery is in warranty for 18 months.
They asked me to return the battery so that could test and repair it, which I did.
After a few days they contacted me to say the battery was beyond repair due the water damage and my best option was to buy a second hand battery at a cost of £120.
I was surprised to here it was water damage as I avoid riding in the rain, and if I've been caught in the rain on my 15min commute I always dry everything when I get to my destination.
I asked them to return the battery, which they did. When I receive it I decided to have a look inside to see how bad the water damage was. To my surprise the inside of the battery was like new with no sign of any water damage.
This is very poor customer service and makes the warranty not worth the paper it's written on and has left me feeling that they just wanted to get more money out of me.

1) 4 parts missing from original order
2) I was lied to - told new parts or replacement was being sent but it wasn't, and was asked procrastinating questions
3) after return of original order and sending receipts for posting, it took far too long to acknowledge and organise a refund
4) refund never did arrive from the YOSEPOWER even after 13 days
5) I had to involve Amazon ultimately to get the refund

Sorry; I cannot recommend this company but cannot comment on the product as I did not have an opportunity to use it.

Kit failed under a year and there is virtually no customer support at all it’s been nearly a month since I contacted yose about my faulty kit not replying to messages issue not resolved at all AVOID

My kit has a little over 4900 km made in 2 years. The customer support was always helpful, even before the purchase, as I had no idea exactly what model I need to buy. In total 5 spokes broke, but they were replaced on warranty and even paid the bike shop to do it.

A very good experience overall and a cheap, but quality DYI. The fact that you can return the bicycle to the original state is a plus for me.

Easy to use, easy to install, easy to take out the battery to recharge it in the house.
