DON'T DO IT!!!!! They have TONS of poor reviews because of their delayed orders. My order is almost a month late and no one is responding. Supposedly it was ready for shipping 2 1/2 weeks ago but no tracking number ever came. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!

I ordered my greenhouse months in advance. It was supposed to arrive April 20, 2026. I called and emailed multiple times with ZERO response after this date passed and nothing showed up. Finally I left a voicemail saying I was going to file a complaint with BBB and that I was going to report the charge as fraud. Suddenly, I get a call back in 15 mins after that.
I was then promised that “my order was in the queue and that it would be sent expedited airfreight”.
They also refunded me 15% aggravation fee when it didn’t arrive on time. So.. ok, great. Now I’ve waited. And waited. And waited.

Well, fast forward (slow forward?) to now (June 11,2026) and still haven’t gotten a response. Emailed a week ago. Nothing. Emailed again 2 days ago… nothing.
Getting ready to really lodge that complaint and call my CC company about how this company does business.
Just ridiculous. They only stay in biz from cheap prices they offer as far as I can tell…that is if they actually ship the stuff.

The worst part is that I ordered it months in advance!! I wasn’t in a hurry, but they made me miss the entire growing season.

Avoid like the plague if you value your sanity.

It would have been nice to have a phone number available to speak with someone directly. Sure I probably would have still done the order on line it was a tad bit confusing that I couldn't add more vents. only to realize you gifted me a second! A major investment. I also wanted to delay the shipping as the timeframe is unknown. Speaking with a person would have prevented such frustration

Romer was very helpful for me to select the right greenhouse and number of vents.
Shipping took 4 weeks and arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected.
I bought a 40 x 10 classic arch. It was quite the endeavor to assemble. I would rate the instructions at 2.5 of 5 stars. A lot of trimming of panels was required.
Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. It's a very solid greenhouse. Now, we will see how it does this growing season!

Great Reputation, excited for the Day Of Arrival!
I ordered my small greenhouse for fall and spring plants. Knowing the current logistics complications, the global political and economic situation, I anticipated delays.
They have been very diligent to keep me informed of anticipated delays. AND Chris emailed me directly, then responded to my request for a phone call!
I have a later "I Need my Greenhouse date" that gives them more flexibility with other orders.
Great People to work with!

Nice interactive website. Was able to order with little to no issues.

I spoke to Chris who was very professional and personable.
He told me about other customers greenhouses and with standing in weather conditions.
Looking forward to receiving my greenhouse.

Texted Chris after he sent me a message. I asked him to confirm estimated delivery date. Never heard back.

I’m extra pissed because I built a custom 10x20 concrete pad months ago so I’d be ready when it arrived. Looking through other reviews where people have been waiting since December ‘25 and still haven’t received any news or got the “it will be next month” has been the final straw.

Ordered and paid in full 4 months ago and they have yet to give a shipping date, it’s always next month. They don’t answer the phone or emails for information concerning units purchased BUT I found out I can get someone on the phone instantly if I want to ask a question or buy a new unit.

There’s clearly a problem somewhere in the supply chain and they’re being dishonest.

Maybe it’s a Ponzi scheme where they take all your money and prob invest it in crypto and then when you get frustrated in 7 months they refund your money. Or they’re just crooks. There’s no reason a good business can’t be honest about where your $7500 greenhouse is or any idea of when it will be shipped.

I asked for a full refund asap and hopefully that isn’t as hard as it’s been to get any information.

They made sure I understood the dimensions, they were clear on extra items if desired. Clear picture of cost and delivery. Romer was very accurate with his description of the product, made sure I understood delivery details etc. Thank you very much for your concerns to be upfront and accurate.

Very bad ordered the first of the year and have still not received. The point was to order early and get a head start on this year. This has put me a year behind

Months and months of waiting for our new greenhouse and it still hasn't arrived, one excuse after another as to why, buyers beware this company is a scam. Nice reply I've heard that excuse at least a dozen times, funny because just yesterday 6/10/26 "Shirley" told me it was still in Europe awaiting pickup... you guys are full of AI Generated responses.. SCAM!!!!

Customer service was great!! Got back to me right away and I am very pleased with the outcome of our conversation!

My experience was a bit different, I have not received my product yet and I’ve been very frustrated with that but the customer service support that I have received from Chris has been phenomenal he has gone above and beyond to make sure our order has been filled, shipped and sent a true tracking number, with ETA!

Just ordered our greenhouse for Louis. Smooth purchase. No problems

So far, service has been outstanding I ordered my green house 2 weeks ago. I've received regular email updates and today, I got a call asking if I had any questions or concerns. he was helpful and reassuring about shipment. I'm really looking forward to growing days. I'll let you know how it goes.

I have not received an email confirmation of my order.

Where do I start, poor communication, same day communication from different employers, the first saying “ your order is being prepared at the warehouse and a tracking number will be supplied in the next 2 days at maximum” then a few hours later “ sorry your order will be another two weeks before it arrives”. All this and it’s already been 5 months wait. The season is lost and I have lost interest trying to hold onto my patience. Phone calls produce no result other than excuses. I have even offered to personally collect since I know exactly where the ‘shipper is located! If you want a greenhouse, buy somewhere else because the excuse of backlog does not fly if orders are still being taken. I have recorded all, even though few, emails, screenshot all chats as record of this so I’m not just a disgruntled customer .

I am still getting lots of ads to buy. I sent a question about ground prep and got no response. i have not talked to anyone from your company.When is the expected ship date?
