DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible company. Customer service is god awful. Owner over-promises and can't deliver. We have been waiting for our order for 8 months and it's like pulling teeth whenever we try to get an update. Owner has one answer that it will be 6 more months, while employee said only 6 more weeks when I called.

Communication is just horrible. You set expectations for your clients and failed on every aspect of it. Stop expanding your company when you can't even fulfill current orders.

Owner had to post a video on youtube because there's so many delayed orders. Looked like over 500 people viewed it in 24 hours from the email he must have sent to all the delayed orders.

Such a joke of a company.

Liz was easy to deal with and was very responsive. She insured my selection of greenhouse was best suited for my needs and provided excellent service! Hoping the greenhouse arrives quickly!

I ordered a greenhouse on 5/28/2026. After multiple emails and calls I finally was told that the greenhouse was shipped. No such luck. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Don't buy from this company!

Never received it and now it’s showing up on shop app as not existing. The extent they took to make it look legit is impressive I’ll give them that. Do not order.

I purchased my greenhouse on May 25, 2026 and am still waiting 12 weeks later. Now I have been told it will be another 4 to 6 weeks for the green house to be shipped. I will get a refund and go else where to get the green house within a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered a greenhouse from Planta Greenhouses and picked it up at the XPO depot less than 2 weeks later....

My experience was great due to Rueben. He was very kind, attentive and concerned about my satisfaction. And I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Rueben for your help in getting my order corrected.

I never received my greenhouse. You cancelled my order before I was ready to. And I still have not received my refund.
You are a terrible company and I will continue to give you bad ratings.

I haven't yet received my greenhouse, but am impressed by their responsiveness. The sales rep Liz helped answer all my questions and assisted placing my order. I then got a call from Bruno who offered further assistance should I have any questions while I wait or during assembly. Looking forward to receiving the greenhouse!

I like the rest on this page ,i get the same type email this company is a scam 2 months I was promised it would be shipped in 30 days . I cant get a hold of a human .I WANT MY MONEY BACK 3.500 and change THEY ARE SCAMING PEOPLE . sounds like a class action LAW SUIT IS IN ORDER. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK MITCH HULL KENTUCKY

Very frustrating interaction with this company. I ordered a greenhouse 04/30/25 and there was a delay. I waited and finally did receive the greenhouse. Due to my husband's illness, I did not unpack until this year. When I unpacked it had everything labeled as another model. I contacted customer service and I was told to open it because it was probably mislabeled, which I did. It was the correct model as ordered, but there were missing parts. According to the manual that came with it, those parts were not listed but I did receive part of them. The online manual showed the missing parts and the video also showed the missing parts. I have contacted customer support and was told to send pictures which I did. I have repeatedly, reached out via, phone, texts, website, email with no response. I have a partially built greenhouse sitting waiting for parts with no idea when or if I can get the missing parts. Customer service is definitely lacking. Manuals and videos do not have the same instructions or parts lists. I have spent countless hours going through each one to try to come up with a plan. I would advise not doing business with this company. I am sitting here with a daily reminder in my backyard of a company that is not concerned about their customers.

Great communication with Liz, she was prompt to get back with me to answers all my questions or concerns. I will recommend without any doubt to do businesses with Nordwood Greenhouse.

Liz, was fantastic in helping us pick the best greenhouse for our project. She was very responsive and able to get us everything we needed very quickly.. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a high quality product.

I had questions about the product and was contacted by Liz, a company representative. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Although we were unable to find a product that fit my space, my experience with her was very positive.

I really liked the design and price, I should have guessed it was to good to be true. do not believe the reviews on the website. I believe they are made up. First my order, like so many others I found out was 4 months late, this meant instead of spring I am left assembling a greenhouse in 100+ degree heat. Unless you want to talk to sales, which is still a crap shoot to get a hold of you will never get anyone to answer the phone, there technical support is 1, just one person. He is nice and helpful but way to overwhelmed. Manual they send you is not detailed and only basic pictures, it gives you basic areas to put things together not specifics, the math on the front for sinking the posts wasnt correct so in the rock hard dirt of now summer we had to dig twice, in 100 degrees. because the video has no voice instruction and does not follow the manual it send you in a different direction and some items are differently referred to as it shares with another companies greenhouse KSB Arrow which calls there pieces something different. it was a mess from the beginning and its not even completed because we just found out not all of our pieces are correct. so we may be customizing it when the weather cools off. I don't know what else to do at this point. I am really sad about how this turned out. might be money thrown out the window.

I ordered a greenhouse in January 2026, but unfortunately the delivery kept getting delayed due to logistical and supply issues. After months of waiting, my original order was unexpectedly canceled by the company's system for reasons that were never fully explained.

Throughout the entire process, however, the customer service team was outstanding. I worked with Ailene, Ruben, and several other representatives, and every one of them was polite, professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping resolve the situation. As compensation for the delays, the company provided an additional roof vent and a discount.

Earlier this week, Ruben contacted me to help finalize a replacement order. He made sure the additional roof vent and the discount were applied to the new order, making the reordering process smooth and hassle-free.

While the logistics and supply chain issues were certainly frustrating, the customer service I received was exceptional. The representatives consistently treated me with respect, kept me informed, and worked hard to make things right. I'm expecting my greenhouse to arrive in about two weeks, and I wanted to recognize Aileene, Ruben, and everyone else who assisted me for doing an excellent job under difficult circumstances.
