Ordered greenhouse on January 16th with a March delivery date which came and gone. Have had many promises it will be 20 to 25 working days, it will be another 2 weeks, it will be another 2 weeks. All this time has passed and no greenhouse. 6/12/2026 received a Fed Ex tracking number stating waiting for customer to pick up, to this day the status on tracking has not changed. About 3 weeks ago they did give me 10% back for being patient and stating it will be another 2 weeks. Well, my patients have run out at this point I just want my money back. If I could write this review with zero stars I would have because they do not even deserve one!

The staff was quick to offer replacements for parts when our boxes were damaged on delivery. Thankfully the greenhouse parts were not damaged. The greenhouse itself is good quality and assembly is clear and straightforward in the instructions provided. a solid product!

My greenhouse was never delivered. My inquiries were not answered in a timely manner and assurances were not satisfactory. I have requested a refund through my bank. Very disappointed.

Talk about a run around, ordered in April, in May they said there was a delay in manufacturing in EUROPE? -there is nothing on their website to indicate they are not based in USA. Tracking number with fedEx but never given to shipper. Its now a month later and still no update. Now they say there might be a greenhouse in Florida, they say they will try and find one adn send to me by the end of July... Feel this website is misleading and they are still running large sales, even though they can't fufill on orders. Is this company even legit? Are the positive reviews on this site real?

I expressed concern I had not recieved my green house. I received a timely call from Chris explaining the current status of my Green House. He was helpful and very pleasant. Chris seemed as excited about my new green house as I am! It should arrive next week!!!

Order was ordered in January 17 of 2026. My family is very disappointed to miss this growing season. I have talked several times to your staff. They’ve been very courteous, but I don’t know if they’re given the correct information to inform us. Those that answered the phone with to the best of their ability try to give me an answer for the delay. I did not realize that the shipment was coming from overseas. I do realize some of it is beyond your control but a few more un asked responses to us to keep us informed would’ve helped. The last conversation was that they had 100 ready to ship. These are going to most of the people that ordered in December 2025.

I’m not so sure about the company itself. After months of waiting and then reading these reviews I decided to get a refund. I will say that Chris, the customer service guy is the absolute best part of this company! He was pleasant, patient, reassuring when the order kept getting delayed, and was prompt to issue a refund! Really appreciated his part in this whole mess.

Ruben Cibrian, the customer service rep, was very helpful and patient throughout the process. He followed through on everything and was quick in his responses to calls and emails.

We ordered a greenhouse in March, thinking we had plenty of time to set it up. Now it's July. Still no greenhouse. They notified us over a month ago that the label was made. Wow. Still nothing. We're going to cancel our order. If you don't have them, why do you keep selling them?

Our representative answered our questions and reviewed our order. However, our order is incorrect and still not resolved

Still waiting after six months, no definitive answer when the order will be shipped. I cannot recommend this company and without a definitive date for delivery I must start working getting a refund, assuming I haven't been scammed.

Ordered a while back. Month or so later the charge hit my credit card. Been over a month with no notification on shipping. Now I have been calling an answering machine for a while with no return calls.

Very communicative company with extraordinary products. We could not be happier with them and are so excited over the beautiful Nordwood greenhouse we purchased. Thank you so much for creating such beautiful structures

The gentleman that is helping us with our new purchase, Chris, and was very helpful. We also talked with some of your other sales people a few months ago when looking into getting this greenhouse, but we were moving and I couldn’t order it until we got here. So we are very excited to add this to our home. Your products are lovely.

We ordered a greenhouse from yourgreenhouse in March of 2026 with a estimated delivery date of April maybe May. June they told us there were delays. We found out they are an investment company that uses your money to invest never intending to send their product for at least six months. We are having to seek legal counsel for our refund. Scams are everywhere. Shame on me for trusting Yourgreenhouse. Don't be fooled.

We ordered our greenhouse May 1, 2026 with expected delivery 12-18 business days. It is July 7, 2026 and no greenhouse. You cannot get anyone on the phone or to call you back. We did receive an email saying a shipping label was printed weeks ago but no update since then. I have been calling daily with no answer. Very disappointed and beginning to think they just took our money.

I would never buy another product from this company, big delay in order arrival, assembly instructions are poor at best, phone help is poor, missing parts complaint ignored, service is bad!!!

Ordered a greenhouse in March 2026, with expected delivery of 2-3 weeks, no greenhouse has been delivered as of July. They give no information unless you do the work of contacting them. Seems they spend all their time writing responses on social media rather than filling orders.

Ordered a YourGreenhouse.com Greenhouse on Feb. 1st. As of July 5 we are still waiting. Original promise date of March. Lots of missed delivery dates since. Claims of shipping and tracking request unanswered. Even a fake Fed Ex tracking number that hasn't moved in a month. We have requested a credit to our card as of today 7/5/2026. Will advise if they credit.

Update July 17. Although they said they would issue a credit. All i received is more excuses as to why they haven't shipped. Going on 5 months late, even though my greenhouse shows in stock on their website. Shame on them for such crappy customer service. And shame on Trustpilot for covering for them. Will update with any changes.

July 30 update. No credit as promised. No update on the shipping of my Greenhouse that was ordered on Feb and is now 5 months late. Looks like I'm going to have to pay a lawyer to try to recover some of what I was scammed out if. Never trust a b website and evidenty don't trust Trustpilot either... I'll be back with any updates.
