11/10 service , will recommend to people , claim was handled quickly and upto high standards

At the time of the incident I got passed on YS claims details, they advised me from the beginning as to what steps to take, great professional service from start to end. They repaired my car within 48 hours and returned at such a high standard. No hidden agenda straight genuine people and customer service. Cannot thank them enough

I wanted to say thank you to YS Claims for handling my case. They were recommended to me, and I can say I was not disappointed. The service given I could not fault. They recovered my car and provided me with a curtesy car as soon as possible. They handled all the repairs to my car and returned it to me in a really good condition. They were easy to get a hold of and dealt with any queries I had swiftly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Had an accident and YS CLAIMS was recommended to me. It was the best decision I made as I received a replacement car straight away and the car I got was beyond my expectation. I was happy with my repair on the car and everything was done in reasonable timing.

Hopefully I won't but if I do get involved in an accident again, I will defo be contacting them again. 5 Stars.

WOW!! YS Claims do not fail to disappoint! I was involved in an major accident, YS Claims proceeded to have me recovered directly from the scene of the accident with also providing me with a courtesy vehicle the very same day. The YS team were very efficient and communicated excellently ensuring I was upto date every step of my claim. They had dealt with my claim quickly and effectively, ensuring that I received the maximum pay out for my vehicle without any hassle. I would highly recommend YS Claims and their services. I have been in 2 accident and YS CLAIMS have recovered my car from the scene within 1 hour and they have provided me with a curtesy car within 24 hours. My most recent accident I received a courtesy car in 14 hours!!!!! I had received excellent cars both times round, brand new luxury cars bmw 3 series, Mercedes A class, bmw 1 series and Audi A3.
I was paid out more than expected for the value of my car and my claim was completed within a month which was convenient. My personal I just was also sorted and within 2 months which was superb. All the stress with dealing with insurance was taken from me and YS CLAIMS dealt with it all for me. I highly recommend YS CLAIMS and I will 100% be using you again.

I was involved in an accident and my car was undrivable I found YSCLAIMS on google and gave them a call, the team at YS had my car recovered from the scene of the accident within the hour. They provided me with a courtesy car the very next day and had my car repaired to such high standard I didn’t believe it was even my car when they delivered it back to me, it looked like it’s just come out the showroom!
