YS Claims was soo helpful during the whole process kept my mind at ease updated me every week with what was going on, once we received the green light from the 3rd party insurance I was given a brand new courtesy car and Will highly recommend using them and it protects ur no claims bonus and they are just the best in the game.

10/10 service. Dealt with a non-fault hit and run and even with very little evidence they sorted everything and repaired the car, paid for all my travel and gave me money to clean the car and fill the tank. Updated me every step of the way even when i was on holiday.

Delivered on all promises and got third party to admit liability within a couple of weeks. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Wanna give a big shout out to YS Claims and their team for helping me with my accident claim. Being my first accident i was left a bit confused on what to do and YS made this easy for me taking over and helping me through the claims process. It resolved quickly and i was kept updated throughout. In the end, my vehicle was deemed a write off and i got a great payout - much more than expected. I had a non fault accident and I went through YS Claims who was really helpful throughout the whole process and he got my car sorted out in just at matter of days and provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. The best part about it what It didn’t affect my insurance and I didn’t have to pay no excess. I would highly recommend using YS claims if you ever have an accident and want to protect your no claims bonus. I would definitely be using them again in future if I do have an accident again.

YS helped me so much when I had my accident. I called a different accident management company and they seemed a little slow called up YS and they got everything sorted within two weeks. They came and picked my car up which was a 2017 Audi A5 and I was given a 72 plate BMW 420i thanks to YS. They got the repair done very quickly making it look brand new and even tho I couldn’t come and pick up the car they delivered it to my home address as well as giving it a full valet service and a full tank of fuel. YS really take customer satisfaction to another level. Can not recommend and thank YS Claims enough.

Had an accident on 24th of Feb called YS claims on the 25th. They arranged a courtesy car brand new 72 plate seat Leon, my vehicle ( Ford fiesta 2009) so definitely better then a like for like. I had received the cheque to get paid out and even had the car over a week after that so I could find another car.
Couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone that’s been in an accident they took all the stress away made it simple, no waiting around for a courtesy car and best part I didn’t have to pay my excess of £750.
