YunoJuno Reviews

Felix was incredibly fast and very helpful in handling my request. I really appreciate the quick response and support. Highly recommended!

Best job site I've ever used. Best team. Instant help. Great projects to work on. Easy, seamless, friendly, advantageous to all parties involved.
I've built up a body of brilliant regular clients for so much repeat work via YJ.
YunoJuno is my Go-to 95% of the time.

I've been with YJ for over 7 years and I believe that says it all. They have improved a lot over time to have a seamless workflow from taking a contract, signing and get paid. Their customer service was always 5* and their finance team too.

I had an issue with adding skills in my work experience. The agent Felix was very helpful, kept me informed all the way and got me the resolution I was looking for. Most chats end at that but he went as far as to offer further help should it be required.

Highly recommended.

I have been part of YJ community for the past 8 years and adore working with the team! Amazing platform and customer support.

Sara was great at resolving my issue. Thanks!

Hasan is an absolute star and credit to YunoJuno. He went above and beyond to resolve a stressful situation with an unresponsive client. He proactively kept me regularly up to date and making sure I got paid. His customer service is the reason I'd keep using YunoJuno. Thanks Hasan.

Felix was great in helping out an issue I had with the system approval processes. He was very professional and help resolved the issue fairly quickly. I'm very impressed with the customer support from YunoJuno.

YunoJuno is so simple, clear and super logical to use.

Many thanks to Sara for promptly answering my request and providing a professional, helpful response to my question regarding YunoJuno's freelancer formalities.

Thanks so much!

I encountered an issue with video verification on the platform. Felix responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue.

I’ve had a very positive experience working through YunoJuno. The quality of projects is noticeably higher compared to other platforms, and the fact that roles are curated makes a real difference. It feels like freelancers are genuinely respected and matched more thoughtfully to the work.

The YunoJuno team has also been consistently responsive and helpful whenever I needed support, which adds a level of trust that’s often missing elsewhere.

Having previously worked with platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, I can confidently say YunoJuno operates at a much higher standard, both in terms of opportunities and overall professionalism.

Sara was super helpful getting my profile set up, validated, uploaded and approved after a couple of admin glitsches. I feel supported right from the get-go in this community. Thanks so much !

Yuno Juno has been a powerful tool for attracting new clients and many more like Google and Google DeepMind.

I also want to express my special thanks to Sara from Yuno Juno for her quick and efficient help with my business’s admin.
