Horrible CSR trying to reach for 4 days
I waited for 4 hours for ZALORA Philippines' customer service for three consecutive days, but nothing happened. Their customer service is the worst. It's disappointing that such a big company hasn't invested in quality customer support.

ZERO stars. This company is HORRENDOUS to deal with! Had 2 dresses arrive which were nothing like their Facebook advertising. I wanted to return the order for refund, and many emails later, Zelora still haven’t provided one. I attached a screenshot from their website, which offers customer satisfaction and hassle-free refunds and they aren’t replying at all now. Scammed.
HORRIBLE UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying to reach customer service through phone calls, facebook messenger, zalora chat app and email. It's been a week and there's still no response. I used to be an avid customer of Zalora because of the ease of returns but now I likely won't be placing an order here anytime soon because you can't even reach them for a simple issue. the chatbot in the app is of couse not helpful also. bring back the actual people we can talk to for customer support!!!!!

Last time I will fall for a Facebook scam. They charged me $51 when website said $41. . There is no customer support. They ignored 4 emails. Bra was also uncomfortable and not like the picture.

Don't buy anything from this company
Ordered 2 embroidered sweatshirts. They weren't embroidered , but print. Plus the print was a different color then was ordered.
It was their mistake and all they offered was a 25% refund which i am guessing i will never see.

Deeply disappointing…
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with ZALORA, involving a product from Strawberrynet. I've been using Neostrata products for a while now, and I know what to expect in terms of quality and effectiveness. However, the Neostrata product I purchased from Strawberrynet via ZALORA was a complete letdown. After using it for a month, I noticed no changes—nothing like what I had experienced with Neostrata products in the past.
To make matters worse, I realized that the product was expired. Unfortunately, I had already thrown out the box, so I couldn't return it. It is incredibly frustrating that ZALORA allows such retailers on their platform. It's questionable at best and outright negligent at worst.
Despite raising these concerns, ZALORA seems to be giving Strawberrynet a pass. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I've lost trust in ZALORA and will never shop with them again. They are no different from other platforms like Lazada or Shopee, which are also riddled with dubious sellers.
Amazon, on the other hand, doesn't tolerate such practices. I can't believe ZALORA would allow a company like Strawberrynet to sell expired products on their site. I will be sharing my experience on every review platform to warn others about the risks of shopping on ZALORA.

returns and customer service problem
return window was expiring on jan 1, so filed for a return on dec 28, but it wouldn't go through both on the app and on the website. emailed customer service that same day, and they replied asking for the order number saying that they would take care of it. i replied immediately with the order number but never heard back from them. this exchange all happened on dec 28. followed it up on the same email thread jan 3 and jan 4, and the same person (Charles) replied on jan 5 that it was past the returns window.

customer service is terrible, takes hours on the chat to get a response.. will never order again.. also i registered for a refund and no one has turned up to collect the item when it was arranged
Support said item is unisex
Support said item is unisex, so I chose size US 8, not US WOMEN 8 but of course they sent me the women size. Such a hassle to return and wait for days again.
Difficulty with Sizes
Zalora has a variety of products and brands to choose from but some unisex products' sizing option is confusing. Found an item on Women category and would assume that the size displayed on the product details page is women's size but it turned out that it is men's size since the product is unisex but there's no indication or note on the details of the product. So it is better to ask the customer care as what you see on the product details page is not what it is.
In addition, you can't change shipping address once order is placed but not yet packed. All you need to do is cancel the order and order again which is a waste of time and effort. So disappointed with the process.
Worst ever
Worst ever. They dont price adjust if the price was further reduced, and it has not been shipped yet. They want you to refuse to refuse delivery and order again.
