Always love your designs and partner shops! However, it seems like the teams isnt fully hands on when updating the customer if the item has been shipped or not. They barely reply if it's about shipping concerns.

Indicate if an item is On-Hand or Ships from Oversees
Zalora should say if an item is "On-hand" or is "Ships from Oversees" like in Lazada. If I knew that the product I bought wasn't on hand, I would have NOT bought it. I bought an item on May 14 and it was "shipped" May 21st. Agent says there is a high probability it would not arrive on the 31st, when I need it.

All I got from my 3 separate orders are attempted delivery. The shipping company was very rude. This is not the first time that I used my work address for shipment. Shouldn't have paid for express shipping if it's not gonna be delivered within the said time frame. I have a flight next week hopefully you can make it. I'm tired of reaching out and not getting any response from you all.

Legit and quality clothes
Authentic products for branded clothes. For their own Zalora line, their quality is alsobreally good. I've never had any problem with my orders. The only reason I exchange my orders is because of my own miscalculation in sizing. But the company itself is spot on with what I order. One of the very few online shopping sites that you can trust. :)
