Overpriced and poor service. Booked our hajj with this provider and made the biggest mistake. Paid way over the odds (didn’t meet a single person who had paid as much as us - over £15k per person) and got 1 star service. The hotels they booked were average (especially in Medina- where the luxury package we booked only got us a 4* hotel?!?!). We lost count of the amount of times they lost us/we had to fend for ourselves. No provision or support for wheelchair users and instead we got left behind and got lost in Muzdalifah, with no support or communication from the group. Travel included was coaches/buses that never turned up so we spent the time either walking or booking private taxis (at further cost to ourselves). Transport support was an absolute joke. Communication was incredibly poor. I do not know what they spent our money on. It wasnt on hotels. It wasnt on transport. It wasnt on arranging a high level of support. It wasnt on communication. It wasnt on educating us. It wasnt on the amenities they provided (we got two backpacks- that contained an umbrella, a tasbee counter and a couple of other bits and bats- nothing substantial). I literally have no idea what i paid for. Would NEVER book with these guys again and would not recommend. I generally dont leave reviews but Hajj is a once in a lifetime trip and these guys provided no support and did nothing to justify their charges. Ridiculous.

Booked my Umrah Package from ZamZam Travels and made the worst decision of my life. The agent who booked my flights hotel and did visa processing is totally a scam. He told me that the hotels in Makkah and Madina are on walking distance and also a transport service is provided by hotel but its totally wrong. The hotels are far from Haram and Masjid a Nabvi. I have to pay for taxi every time I go from hotel to Haram. The hotel in Madina is pathetic. The agent also demanded a video from me. He forced me on call to make a video for publicity and to make a honey trap for new clients. Don’t get in their trap and book the package on your own or try someone else. ZamZam Travel is not recommended. The message he dropped me for video is coated below

“Talha bhai apne face ke sath kaaba ke pass yah Haram mein kh dijye ga ke

Secondly, I booked my Turkey trip of two nights from Agent named “Murtaza” he did the hotel booking at the last moment before I left UK and he said to me on call that he forgot and when I reached there at mid night and temperature is 3C the booking is not done. I called him multiple times and he replied what can I do then for next three hours he just made me wait and after that he told me to do the booking on the spot. I asked for the refund and he said that I will be done to you by vender. I paid 50£ on the spot for the night stay in hotel and shared my invoice to him and from that day till now its more than one month he is not picking my calls or responding and I didn’t got any refund from them. I called the so called vendor whose number is given to me by agent the vender “Irtaza” told me that its not his fault ask agent for refund. The whole travel agency is scam. They promised me for the refund of Turkey hotel booking as I did it again on my own but they didn’t refunded me my money.

Nightmare of my umrah trip with my family , wallah I’m here in hotel in medina that they booked , where the AC is not working we can hardly breath, they windows we can open because the handles are broken and they put screws on windows to keep them closed , I swear we came from Makkah 4 hours travel and waited 2 hours in lobby to get a room , they cleaned a room with bleach where we had to leave the room door open for an hours still we can’t sleep , it’s almost 4:08 my daughter is crying my wife is ill and this guy in zam zam travels is taking a piss and making fake promises that he is going to sort it out , I wish if I could show you guys this room

Hello to the new generation handling of all worries related to the holidays.. the people there are best and helpful,, it was first time and upon my friend’s recommendation i chose them and trusted for my holiday travel !! My experience was great and i highly recommend them and i am booking with them again very soon !!

This was our first time performing Umrah and we chise Zam Zam Travels for our bookings .., The boy Murtza is oh my my… such a lovely boy he explained the full process and guided us very well ..
The visa , the hotels and transport everything was on spot and arranged smoothly and we felt supported throughout the journey..

Zamzam travels contacted us trying to get us to remove our reviews. We asked them to pay back £122,43. They stated, we will give you voucher. Like we will ever use them again. This travel agent are very quick to take peoples money.

We booked Umrah visa service with ZamZam travels. Everything was done professionally by Mr Murtaza.

Zam zam travel and tours honor is deceitful person. I went him for an advise about USA Visa interview appointment. He told me that if there are minor mistakes in getting appointment we'll charge you minor amount, if major mistakes then we'll charge you more amount. I told him ok but before asking for amount charges please ask me. When he asked for huge money, I told him that I can not give you money so please stop my interview appointment even then he took an appointment with different application I'd which creat a lot of problem for me to pursue the case in USA embassy. So zam zam travel and tours is totally fraud and misguiding the people for money

We booked 10 days for umrah. 5 days in Mecca and 5 in Madina. Alhumdaliah everything went fine, the hotel location in Mecca was excellent and zam zam organised all out travel from and to airport and including ziyarts. I’m based in Leeds and they are based in Luton, I didn’t know these people and took a big risk to pay for 6 people for umrah, not knowing if it would go to plan. Murtaza was excellent and advised us all the way and kept in touch and thanks to him we was able to complete our umrah with ease. Jzk

I booked my Umrah with the Zam Zam Travels. Everything was done to a very high standard from the start to the end. Really happy with the services and would recommend it to others.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who booked an Umrah package with Zamzam Travel UK.
Although payment was taken quickly, the service during the trip was extremely poor. My parents waited over 3 hours for airport transport in Jeddah with no communication. In Makkah, they were wrongly told to check out early despite having paid until 20 December, causing repeated problems.
The worst experience was in Medina, where they were forced to leave the hotel despite having one paid night remaining. After waiting over an hour to reach the agency, they were left in the hotel lobby for 4 hours with no solution.
They were forced to book another hotel themselves at a cost of 620 SAR, which Zamzam Travel UK has refused to refund.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
