Awesome, Awesome product and customer service
Delivery is superb with awesome feedback on when I will receive my goods. It's the second time ordering from them and within 3 days I received my delivery. Customer service is brilliant. My boy has been struggling with hormone outbreaks for months now, and with using Zanna, his skin looks much better already, using it only 7 days. We first ordered the sample kit and now ordered the full set. Thank you Zanna.

Definitely wasted my money
Hi I was really impressed with all your reviews from the trio kit so I decided to save money so I can buy this kit I've been using it for 25 days almost a month and nothing have changed I really thought it would help with the acne in my face but nothing have changed ! I'm really disappointed guys because I clearly wasted my money i saved for this trio kit

There are a few important things to keep in mind when evaluating any skincare product:
• Skin cell turnover (the process by which new skin replaces old skin) takes about 28 days at age 18 and naturally slows as we age. This means it often takes at least 2–3 full skin cycles (around 2–3 months) to truly see the full benefits of a product, especially when used consistently and without mixing in other active products.
• Quick results can happen, especially if use begins at the start of a skin cycle, but for most, patience is key.
• Inflammation should ease within days if the product is right for your skin and no other external triggers are present.
Here are a few additional tips that may support your skincare progress:
• Change your pillowcase 2x per week if you're breakout-prone.
• Avoid titanium dioxide and zinc oxide in sunscreens, as they may contribute to breakouts in some individuals.
• Steer clear of mineral oil, especially in makeup products, which can clog pores and hinder progress.

It is an amazing product
It is an amazing product. My kids feel so confident there skin is improving. It is a bit out of my budget but for my kids I will try it. I am first only going to start with the wash I hope it still have the same affect without the serum and moisturizer. Thank you once again
