I truly appreciate the opportunity to try your product and I understand that quality comes at a cost—I wasn’t expecting anything for free. I also understand that I paid for the samples to test the product.

However, I must be honest and say I was quite disappointed with the packaging. I believe that presenting the samples in small, sealed plastic containers bottle would have given a more professional impression and better reflected the value of your brand.

Just some honest feedback that I hope you find helpful going forward.

My daughter (age 14) has been struggling with breakouts on her chin and forehead. She has very sensitive skin. We bought the trial pack 2 weeks ago to test the product and ensure no sensitivity. After a week of use, her chin cleared up and her skin was noticeably healthier looking. The order process was easy. Trial pack lasted us 1.5 weeks. (Facewash ran out first - may be better to include an extra sachet of facewash and only provide 2 of the radiance serum). Delivery to jhb was 3 working days. We have subsequently ordered the complete kit and my daughter loved the packaging. Looking forward to seeing the rest of her skin improve and her confidence too.

Quick delivery and excellent product

Great product but overkill on the packaging. Feels like the bulk of my money was spent on the packaging and the extra bracelet (that I did not order).
