Hi,

Thank you so much for your review and for booking with ZasFerries. We’re truly sorry for the stress you experienced when you couldn’t find the ticket office open at Iraklia Port. We understand how worrying that must have been, especially with a ferry to catch.

Unfortunately, the operation of local ticket offices is outside our control. In many cases, the office only opens shortly before the ferry departs, and it’s easy to miss them if you pass by earlier in the day. We’re really sorry this wasn’t clear and that it led to such an anxious situation.

For future reference, the port office or local agency should always be able to print your tickets, so there’s no need to purchase new ones. We know that’s not helpful after the fact, but we want to make sure your next experience is much smoother.

Thank you for your review and for booking with ZasFerries. We’re very sorry for the difficulties you experienced during your trip. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be told your ticket couldn’t be printed and to face rough seas as well.

Unfortunately, the printing of tickets and the operation of the local agencies are outside our direct control. Sometimes ticket agencies or small ferry companies may have their own procedures and processes. We're truly sorry for any difficulty you experienced but we're glad you go to travel in the end.

Regarding the vessel and the sea conditions, we know how uncomfortable those strong winds can make a journey. The ferry companies determine the vessels and routes, and the weather is sadly beyond everyone’s control. We’re glad to hear, at least, that the crew was polite and helpful.
