Firstly, very high quality products and services. From the minute I ordered from Zemits, I was immediately in touch with a rep who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In fact, the representative continues to be of amazing help so I would like to take this opportunity to praise Kinmon.
I have subsequently due to excellent service and quality of product; made several purchases since my initial and I endeavour to continue growing my practice together with Zemits.

Today was a long day ! … who buys 4 machines in one hit 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ .. it was an even longer day for Dr Abdullah - but you would never have known. He remained patient.. shared his expertise and wisdom and made everything feel possible … I never felt rushed and his explanations were always clear and practical … thank you 🤩

Having completed the online training and performing a few treatments in my clinic I some questions on how to improve on the procedures. Bronwyn was excellent. She took me through all the modalities and gave me top tips I can use from now.

I have many machines with zemits and always been really pleased. Yesterday Dr Abdullah came to our clinic for our optileen pro machine training. He was so lovely and patient. Very supportive, knowledgeable and our clients have been in contact this morning complimenting him on his kindness and care, as well as the results they got from there treatments.

Ive purchased 2 machines from zemits , ive been really happy with the communication, customer service and of course the machines . Any questions you may have are answered quickly and are always available to help. My one to one communication over WhatsApp has been excellent. Highly recommend 👌

I would like someone from Zemits contacted me. A beautician from Liverpool using your device CRYSTALFRAX PRO left me an indentation in my face. This caused me a distress and I need support. I have sent an email to the company but not answer. I have got the evidences. After 8 months no changes in my face and I would like to receive attention from your company.

Dr Abdullah trained me yesterday at my clinic wich was fantastic to have onsite training.
The Dr's knowledge is absolutely incredible, I learnt so much, he is very professional, kind, caring and his teaching was outstanding.

He trained me in the Optileen Pro laser for spider vein removal and the results are incredible. I cant wait to use this in my clinic.
Also he trained me in the friolift machine which is fantastic for glowing and tightening skin and much more, another lovely machine.
