Fast delivery, not used the device yet but can’t wait.

I contacted Zemits last year as I’d heard positive things about their facial machines and technology. Annie invited me to their showroom and I was able to see the machines and test out what I was interested in. The time and care that I received was brilliant; from beginning to end. I’ve had ongoing support and training, and I have nothing but positive things to say. I went on to purchase my second facial machine less than a year later.

I’ve been a Zemits customer for the past year and have purchased both the Dermaluxx facial device and the Quidion 3W laser hair removal device. My experience has been excellent. I communicate directly with Cindy, who is always incredibly accommodating and supportive. She makes me feel comfortable and is quick to explain anything I’m unsure about.
I was trained on my laser device by the lovely Dr. Abdullah, who took the time to ensure I fully understood everything and felt confident using the machine.
I have been in this industry for the last decade and their devices are great, but their customer service is what truly sets them apart.

Zemits have been super to me as a newbie to the industry, not only did they help with the purchase of my new equipment from them but they advised on lamps, steamers and insurance! Highly recommend and hopefully will continue to grow my new business venture with more of their products in the future. Also, all their training is informative and easy to follow when setting up machines :)
