Good experience from first calling till completed the training clause. They are not pushing you to purchase their products. Attending to their showroom, all people were kindly and helpful, provide good services and support.

I have been having ongoing problems with the consumable jar that came with my vermits HD .Zemits warranty does not cover parts.I bought the machine from zemits less than 24 months ago and within this time the oxygen gun had a fault and I have had to pay to replace a jar used for the machine as it keeps cracking. I replaced the waste jar and paid again after having it for a few month's washing in in cold water only and it now has has cracks again
The plastic material.is not durable I spent £4600 with zemits on equipment and am verry disappointed.
