Angela was fantastic at answering all of my questions and tailoring my insurance to my specific needs

Absolutely could not navigate builders risk insurance quote to save me life. Called for assistance (very nice) and they admitted it was very confusing but could/wouldn't walk me through it.
This definitely wasn't the company for me but for something more straight forward give them a whirl.

The website is good but not very good. It is better if it provides us with options to move backwards and forwards, save it and leave, resume it later.

Mostly efficient except one moment where the guy signed MY signature for me on a document, and spelled my last name wrong. When I asked him about it, he said it didn't matter anyway. I guess it didn't in the end, because it wasn't a document we ended up using?
