You offer a price and then slash it once you have the phone: what a disgusting business model.
I’ve just seen your reply to me so I’m editing my original note with a response. I’m very happy for this discussion to play out in public by the way. You offered to buy my phones. You slashed the price of the offer by 50% on receipt by making up a series of faults to justify your price reductions. Then ask me to pay to get the phones back rather than accept your offer. Are trading standards aware?

Poor customer service, good product
Contact with customer service was dire, both phone and chat pre purchase and post receipt. Maybe there's only one person dealing with many enquiries?
Over chat pre order placement, it was stated a phone would be provided with a screen protector fitted, it was not.
The web site was frustrating as during the phone selection process you'd have to start over if you checked on an option.
For unknown reason (timed out?) I was unable to purchase as my credit card was rejected, this was overcome by using PayPal. They blamed my credit card, but the bank said otherwise.

The phone arrived promptly (need a signature).
Apart from no screen protector the external appearance was as described (excellent).
Best price of available suppliers.
Case & screen protector included
Transferring data has been difficult, it seems certain apps eg WhatsApp Google Maps need their own specific data backing up as not captured by Google backup.
