Started out well bought a mobile phone…
Started out well bought a mobile phone arrived quite quickly. Then it wouldnt work with my sim. I just wanted to return it for a refund. Then I received email aftet email asking me to do the same thing over and over, and even after a phone call to clarify everthing I received another email listing the exact same thing. I had to quote the distance selling rules to get a refund. Overall disappointing. Poor customer service.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the mobile phone wouldn’t work with your SIM and that arranging a return and refund became frustrating. Repeated requests after you had already explained the issue added unnecessary effort, and we apologise for this.
Although delivery was quick, the support afterwards fell short. If anything remains unresolved, please contact us with your order reference so we can help bring it to a clear resolution.
You'll never get the online offer!?
They offered me £60 online, admittedly i left the condition as default (excellent), but afterwards I tried again by changing the condition to "broken", & the evaluation only dropped by £5. Then they they emailed me saying upon inspection we can only pay you £20. Worse still, they'd stated i had to send them a prepaid label for them to send me the phone back, if I declined the offer. I had to call & argue that it was not stated on the site that I had to pay for phone's return. This is basically their MO, they give a decent offer online, then they reduce the offer markedly, hoping you'll accept due to hassle & cost of getting the phone back.

Priced at £10 value then on the receipt they declared it was an older model, cracked screen and battery status it was worthless. Funny that but I wanted it disposed of anyway so mission accomplished.

The tablet you purchased was supplied brand new in the manufacturer's original packaging. Like many new devices today, this model is supplied by the manufacturer with a charging cable only and does not include a wall charger/power adapter in the box.
