Great service and price
Great price Vs others stores. Delivered as quick as could have been expected after a bank holiday weekend and as a bonus, received a free case and screen protector. Could just do with some better coms around status of order. Apart from that, would happily use again.

I tried to order a Samsung S25 ultra
I tried to order a Samsung S25 ultra, payment via Paypal. The order was received OK by Paypal but there was no confirmation of an order from Zextons. I called Zextons a day later and they told me it must be my browser and to resubmit the order, which I did. Same result, no confirmation and two large transactions pending on my bank account. Thankfully Paypal were helpful and voided the transactions immediately. Last time I shop at Zextons.

Excellent sales and after sales service.…
I ordered 2 iPhone 14s and they arrived very quickly. The phones were as described with the addition of a screen protector and a case which was very useful.
Unfortunately one of the phones had a battery fault which made the phone keep cutting out.
I contacted Zextons and they emailed a return label straightaway. I returned the phone and was told it was fixed the following day.
They were very helpful and provided an excellent service throughout.
I would highly recommend them.

Bought a new Samsung for an excellent price. Ordering was easy and delivery was super fast. I'd not heard of Zextons before but very pleased with service.
I've not had the need to make use of customer support, so unable to comment. All being well I won't need to, no offence intended to those staff!

First experience with Zextons - excellent
This was my first experience with Zextons and it was excellent. I am really pleased with my 'new' refurbished Samsung S25 FE. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived promptly the next day. The condition was described as excellent and it looks as if it has never been used. It's pristine, like new out of the box. It was also good value pricewise in my opinion.
Zextons gave me a tracking link but it arrived so promptly, I didn't really need it.
I have now transferred everything from my old phone to the Samsung, so it's up and running, all working very well and efficiently. You would never know that it had been used previously.
It's nice to have the assurance of an 18-month warranty. The battery seems to have very good capacity and for my purposes (moderate use) so far, amazingly it lasts 48+ hours from 80% to 20% charge. Of course, batteries will inevitably loose capacity with time, but it’s a great starting point.
I'm very pleased with my purchase from Zextons and can recommend them.
