My phone had been delivered on A Saturday to a wrong address. Zextons sorted it out swiftly over the weekend and I received my phone Monday morning 8am.

Great service
Great service. I bought a brand new s26 Ultra for £400 under the retail price. After a few weeks it developed a slight smudging on the screen that would come back in the same place after cleaning. Doing some research, it seemed that this was a factory defect with the application of the oleophobic coating. I emailed support with some pictures and within a week had a brand new replacement device. Fantastic
