I enjoyed using the product, and I saw some results but my device quit working after 10 months and I can’t get a response from customer service after several attempts to contact them. There is no customer service phone number and the only way to attempt to communicate with them is via email but they are not responding.

Update 6/16: I received a response this morning that my return has been accepted. Thank you.

Update 6/18: Although I had to initially wait a few days to get a response from the company, they very promptly issued a refund for my device which I greatly appreciate, and I will be purchasing a new device from them.

El ZIIP Halo funciona muy bien y el sistema operativo está muy bien explicado además la atención con la tienda es inmejorable. Para mí ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Solo llevo usándolo una semana y me veo la piel mucho mejor Espero lograr mis objetivos, lo recomiendo ampliamente. 🌟

Easy to buy, good timing for delivery, nothing went wrong, prducts protected

Not very pleased with this device. I have impeccable skin, so this was aiming at general skin maintenance. It burned me in one place. And created some small pore to blow here and there. That was in just one month of use.

A big neg is that the device must be connected to the app or it doesn't work. This is very ennoying. Personally, I don't take my phone in the bathroom. I wish it would work independently. Without saying that they can control all your info.

I expect I'll stop using this very soon.

No problem with the company. I am 80 yrs old. I am using it 3 times a week. However I have started too late in life.

I love how easy the ZIIP device is and more importantly how effective it is in lifting my face.

J ai acheté un zip halo en ligne ( livraison sur Paris ) , au niveau de l adresse de livraison j ai bien sûr indiqué le code digicode ( élément indispensable que tous les livreurs doivent avoir sinon impossible d entrer dans l immeuble ) j ai également remis un numéro de téléphone au cas où .
Je reçois un mail m indiquant que le colis n a pas pu être livré en qu’il est en point relais . N étant pas sur Paris je demande de me le réexpédier plus tard , j arrivais sur Paris dans les prochains jours et j aurai pu le réceptionner . Je redonne les infos de livraison que j ai donné lors de mon achat en ligne ( code digicode et numéro )
Et la L équipe me répond qu’ils ne peuvent pas transmettre ces infos au livreur et que je dois les appeler moi pour le leur donner …

J ai demandé le numéro et n ai plus eu de retour alors que je quitte bientôt Paris et que j ai besoin de réactivité pour l avoir . Il coûte quand même 500 euros et on me met dans cette situation pour un code digicode qu ils refusent d utiliser .

J espère avoir un retour rapide sinon vraiment je trouve que le service est catastrophique .

Je n ai jamais vu une boutique qui livre snas code je lui ai expliqué que sans le code il ne peut pas entrer dans l immeuble et ne pourra donc pas livrer et ils refusent de le comprendre . C est juste hallucinant

Awful, made my breakouts way worse and zap was painful! Still trying to return this item and no one will respond. Save your time and money.

I love ZIIP, i use it every day. My skin is firmer and glower. I take it with me also in my travels. Congratulation!

This original Ziips--of which I still have two--were excellent devices that have lasted wonderfully and that had versatile current levels none of which felt like electroshock. The first Halos has significant problems with the plastic covers (I am sorry I gifted those to my nieces) and the new one solves that, but--and I realize there are different current levels for different treatments--the all in one facials on the new devices still spike too high especially midface. I think whoever bought this company is not as good at what it is doing then Melanie and her then partner were. I wasn't going to write this but I was pestered to write a review and "help others" by contributing to the community, which greatly annoyed me, because generally, I write for work, and no fee was offered for my service. I had already paid for many devices and being solicited to help you sell them is way over the top. I don't need to be told how to write a useful review, thought I doubt this is what you had in mind.

As a woman in my 40s, skincare is important to me. Incorporating at home micro currents devices like the ZIIP Halo into my routine has saved me time and money! Love it.

Seems to be working a bit. It's not dramatic but I feel like I'm doing something good for my skin

I tried to find cheaper gel solutions but the quality didn't stand up to ZIIP's own line. Other brands didn't provide sufficient conducting which only led me to avoid using my ZIIP device. I bought the Electric Complex Gel 3-pack. It's a great deal and a superior product (to competitors). I can't believe I waited so long to return to ZIIP's own gels.

Love my Ziip Halo! I’ve had it 2-3 weeks and have had an improvement to my skin along with that subtle lift of the muscles in my face. It is a wow experience for me - subtle. The prep gels are wonderful too, super hydrating. I’m not one to buy expensive face gadgets - ever - this is my first and worth every penny. It was a little tricky getting my iPhone to sync to the tutorials, but with some research on-line I figured it out. While you can use Ziip on your own, I highly recommend the videos.

Have been using it everyday and skin texture definitely better. Redness too

It was great being able to follow using the app. I was also pleased that my skin actually became more elastic, and the gel felt comfortable on my skin.

Um an die Gebrauchsanweisung zu kommen, muss das Paket geöffnet werden.
Darin steht man soll es nicht anwenden, wenn man ein implantiertes Metall in sich trägt, was bei mir im Gesicht der Fall ist.
Man will es jedoch nicht zurücknehmen, da die Verpackung geöffnet wurde! Das Gerät ist unbenutzt.
Soll ich das Teil für 360€ jetzt rumliegen lassen? Übergebe die Sache meinem Anwalt
