The scooter is great! Easy to assemble, straight forward instructions.

The delivery drivers could have communicated better during the delivery process, but overall I have my scooter now.

Contacted this company and ordered the scooter online and was struck by the competitive pricing and the detailed description of each of the sale items. The scooter arrived very fast and was carried into the house by polite and kind delivery drivers. The scooter came partially constructed, however the seat and steering were very simple to fit armed with the small toolkit provided. Don't forget to fit the fuse under the floor panel or the power won't come on.
I would also be very careful when first using the throttle as the torque is pretty powerful for a vehicle that only travels at 4mph. The scooter has a pretty loud horn and the lights are functional. One addition I would make would be a red rear light as the fitted one only operates when the brake is applied. Apart from that I couldn't be happier and soon found out that there are a myriad of accessories that can be bought to make the scooters operation more user friendly. I have fitted a mobile phone holder, a walking stick clip and an additional headlamp for the scottish winter months. The scooter has both forward and reverse facilities and is pretty marvellous for pavement/shopping areas. The machine is able to be folded down and stored in the boot of a reasonable sized car. My car is a Puegeot 2008 and it fits well into that boot space. What I would say is that the scooter is pretty heavy and may be difficult for some to lift up. All in all a great basic scooter at a price that is hard to beat. I hope this review is helpful.

After purchasing a Zipper Mobility Scooter a short while ago I decided I needed an extra spare battery. This battery was out of stock but there was an option to request notification when it came back in stock. After a while I received an email, I ordered the battery immediately, via a very easy to use website, and it arrived within 2 days. Brilliant service, very good company to deal with I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting mobility equipment.

Got an email when restocked, order was fast despatch and delivery. Battery checked no problems. Will definitely use again.

Very good quick delivery easy to unpack..but found the email and address difficult to find as it was not suitable for my health needs to post back to them which I paid the post of £61..and not sure when I will receive my refund

The Zipper Scooter arrived in record time as I ordered it quite late on Thursday 27th March and I received a message saying the scooter would arrive between 29th - 31st March it arrived on 29th, I took it out of the box and assembled it put it on charge and on Sunday I went out for a little while and it was just so fabulous to ride it, I definitely would recommend the Zipper to anyone who needs a scooter, it is the best one I have ever bought now I will be getting one for my husband

The scooter is excellent for my wife's needs. Very well constructed easy to dive and fits well in the boot of our car My only problem was because the battery was separate from the machine we had an awful job to operate it from closed to open. We read the instructions but no mention of how to do this operation, please bear in mind we are both in our eighties. Apart from that problem we found it was well packaged and delivery was good and the price was very competitive. Before purchasing we shopped around and the Zipper came out on top. Thank you richard

I recently bought my Dad the X-05 folding mobility scooter and after the first day it stopped folding down. I contacted them and they send out a new part. The scooter works perfect again now and Dad is very happy. This company have been brilliant from the start. Highly recommend 👌

Great value scooter. Bought for my elderly father so he can get around more. Was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble.
Also fits nicely in boot of my Hyundai Kona which I was surprised with.

Getting this scooter has been an absolute game changer! I was run over by a motorbike flipped in the air & hit an on coming car. I can no longer use my left leg & before getting this scooter I was house bound for 3 months. Now I’m able to go out, get things from the shops which has changed my life as I would have to wait on people & given me a new found confidence in life. I’m so happy now I have some independents. I can use it in shops, it’s easy to use but definitely need some balance to ride so it’s not for everyone but perfect for me.
