AVOID!!! Terrible product, and terrible service!
I purchased one of their £399 Zipper Mobility Mob1 scooters in May and apart from being completely unstable (I fell off a few times) I stuck with it, but a few weeks ago it lost nearly all power and would only inch along and then stop. I have been communicating with the company for the last few weeks and they say I have to send all 4 batteries to them to be inspected. Obviously I couldn’t unwire the batteries myself so I have paid £45 today for a professional mobility company to check the batteries and they confirmed they were all failing at 30%. I have sent their report to Zipper Mobility but they say they need to see the batteries. Am I supposed to pay again to get the batteries removed, and pay hugely expensive postage costs when I don’t even think it is legal to send lead acid batteries in the post? Also, this problem occurred less than 6 months after purchase, so was still under warranty but no support from them whatsoever! The engineer today also said that the size of the batteries and the power of the motor would mean they would only ever last 6 to 12 months anyway, so I would have to replace them all again within a year even if I laid out the £140 for new ones now! I am now housebound, with no scooter, having paid out £445 and no way of buying another one, all within 6 months! So save your money and avoid this company and this scooter. It is a cheap (to them) Chinese product and they don’t have an ounce of compassion for their disabled customers!

I had had a much older version of this mobility scooter - but the new one is a revelation - battery life much longer - power usage on trips to nearby clinic and Lidl’s Is but a fraction of the earlier one - I only use it on pavements - but my whole Mobility experience has been enhanced - THANK YOU!

The customer service is fantastic at Zipper Mobility Scooters, it was also extremely easy and straightforward to place my order, and it was despatched (Shipped) on the same day, I cant speak highly enough of this company as they do a whole list of spare parts also, and everything as far as I can see is at competitive prices! 10 out of 10!!!

Great scooter, bought for my wife as her mobility has been effected after having two strokes, she wanted a scooter that wasn't too big and this fits the bill perfectly. She now has more freedom and doesn't feel as if she is on a mobility scooter, it has helped get her confidence back.

I recently ordered a new zipper mobility scooter for my husband and did not want to wait too long for it as he really needed it asap. I could not have been more happier with the service that I received. It was so very easy from start to end and the delivery was so quick ! I simply completed the order on line, paid securely with the click of a button and lo and behold the scooter arrived in a couple of days also I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I received a call 📞 approximately 1 hour before delivery and two very professional and extremely polite gentlemen delivered my scooter and placed it right inside my hallway.

The mobility scooter was excellent value for money, it's the perfect size for me, ordering was simple via the wevsote and I was kept informed about delivery. Came a few days after my order and the delivery driver was very helpful and put the scooter in my hallway for me. Great service all round from ordering to delivery. The scooter is incredibly easy to use, really good quality and fantastic value for money. Thank you very much.

Keeping the prices reasonable plus easily to order on line and Keeping the customer upto date on the delivery and the 2 person they use are very good 👍

What a great little scooter. Absolutely ideal for a housebound person like me. Small enough for a little bungalow with limited space. Only two things in my opinion are a bit of a nuisance, the basket doesn't fit under my bathroom sink which is
annoying but not your fault. But the biggest issue is the reversing beeper. What a racket, the sound is deafening even the neighbours can hear it. Hopefully tomorrow I'm having someone to come and rectify the problem. Other than that the scooter is fantastic I give it a 5 star review a little bit reluctantly because of the noise but all in all a great product.

The scooter arrived soon after ordering, 3 days. Delivery men were polite and helpful. The scooter was easy to assemble and I used it that day.

The whole delivery went exactly as stated by company the delivery men where very polite and helpful. I did need help in assembling the scooter as I am disabled ,but as far as running the scooter I am enjoying the experience everything is going great so far.

I got this for my dad as his mobility isn’t the best. I ordered it on Monday 13th May and it arrived on Thursday the 16th, so very quick 👏🏻👏🏻. My dad was so pleased with it and now he can get about no problem. The price was really great .😊
