My first Umrah was an immersive, humbling and transformative experience, all thanks to Ziyara Tours. Especially Brother Rashard was exceptional in delivering an excellent bespoke Umrah experience for first-time Umrah and returning Umrah journeys. His professionalism and willingness to help and assist the group went above and beyond the realms of any tour company, that made it a memorable once in a lifetime experience for me. Alhamdulillah 5 stars without a shadow of a doubt. I had an amazing experience along many other men, women and children on this wonderful Ziyarah trip to Egypt.

Ziyarah tours management team led by brothers Sajid, Rashid, Kamil, Hafeez Awais (- kept us well entertained on board the coach) and of course our Sheikh Abdul Aziz with his in- depth knowledge of subject kept us all briefed with commentaries on board. I liked his style of checking the understanding before moving on -truly exceeded my expectations.

Customer service both from the management and Hotels we stayed were all excellent and our Historical local guide Ustad Hussein - all exceeded my personal experience and expectations.
