Sadly for me this was not a good experience, I spent a long time uploading every single bit of information and proof I had for a pregnancy fit to fly baring in mind I am a low risk singleton pregnancy. I uploaded my letters from apts and scans, my growth chart, proof of my BMI, my last blood pressure reading, my last urine sample result, that the midwife could feel the babies movements on the last apt and the heart rate. I literally had nothing more I could give them and more information was needed. I rang and spoke to a woman and all she could say is clinical notes, when I asked for specifics so I could request this from my midwife she just kept repeating clinical notes which was not helpful and there would have been nothing more to add other than what I had already given.
I tried another private online gp and gave all the exact same information and got the fit to fly the same day!

Instant help! Relief beyond words!
I was completely stressed when I found out I needed a yellow fever vaccine. Then I read that it could kill a person over 60! I was scrambling to figure out how to get an exemption certificate. Have emailed twice regarding a refund…
Have emailed twice regarding a refund which it says on the page after signing up for fit to fly. I would have been rejected for a few of the reasons that are listed before going ahead and clearly states that a refund would be issued and heard nothing and received nothing back in almost 1 week.

I was applying for a Greek Digital…
I was applying for a Greek Digital Nomad visa and urgently needed a medical certificate. The online process was quick and very simple. The letter was emailed and the certificate (required by the Greek embassy) was sent in the post as it has to be the original copy.
That is when Zoom Doc really went above and beyond. Due to an error by Royal Mail my certificate was delayed and my embassy appointment was already booked. Neil at Zoom Doc arranged for the office to be open early so I could collect it before my appointment.

I applied for a pregnancy fit to fly letter the night before my flight as I didn’t realise my airline needed one from 27 weeks and I was 27+6 until someone mentioned it to me that evening. It was a Sunday night and I applied around 10pm, I received my certificate just before midnight the same day. I couldn’t believe it as I didn’t expect anything through until the next morning given the time and the fact it was a Sunday.

Omg it was a god send
Omg it was a god send. We paid for an online chicken pox certificate. Then went to our email where the link was there. It was straight forward and we got our results back in under an hour for our fit to fly. We then wanted a little more info to be put on the certificate and they did it straight away for us. I also stupidly paid for two and they refunded the other amount back. 100% recommend and it took all the stress out of the situation. Thank you
