Huge disappointment! Never received my order a zero response from them. Absolute scam. Stay away from this company!

Unfortunately I also never received the goods iPad for nor did Zoratta ever answered to my many emails

So yes it is a SCAM

luckily I paid with my Visa card so I will probably get my money back at least I hope so

I made an online purchase worth around $220 on 20-06-24 and up till the moment of making this review, there has been no communication from them after the initial notification of purchase.
I have sent mails to them but there has been no response; i know i have been scammed but I'm just putting this out there for other unsuspecting people to not fall a victim as well.
Also, i was going through the email that was sent after i made the order and i noticed that the company address used to send the notification was from a shopify address and that's a scam right there.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

My wife ordered sunglasses for me. Money were paid, but we never received order confirmation. Upon further request and trying to contact customer support via several platforms, our problem has been further ignored. As a result, we lost money and never received the order.

They make it difficult to return items. Asking you to ship to canada the return so you have to pay $50 for shipping and you end up not returning it.

F.... SCAM, avoid for all cost. Dont order anything from them.

I would hesitate before ordering from them. I ordered a bracelet for my son and they had said on my receipt it ships in 2-8 days and they will email me when it’s shipped. I have not heard a word from the about my order. Contacted them through their website twice yesterday and have heard Nothing back. Sent an email this morning to the email address which is on their website. No reply back. There is no contact phone number, I should have picked up on that before ordering. Save your money and do not buy anything from them. Calling my credit card company now.

Don't trust Zorrata I ordered glasses back in May 2023 which take 3 weeks delivery and they never turned up.

Zorrata took my money and have never refunded me.

They ignore my emails chasing them. Don't let Zorrata rip you off

En photo les bijoux sont beaux mais ce n'est pas ce que vous recevez sur la bague fleur de lys par exemple tout les petits cristaux sont mal positionné ou dans le mauvais sens ,on voit la colle et la bague est arrivée rayer et limite avec du marker pour camoufler quand au service client il répond dans les 30 jours de l'achat et après plus rien et si vous souhaitez renvoyer c'est à vos frais

Return policy is horrible. They ask you to ship it to canada which would cost at least $50.

This company is a disappointment. They have approved my return RMA914124 - First couple emails I received a reply and now they’re ignoring me. I followed their instructions and even paid for tracked shipping. I sent it to their address and STILL to this day I have not received my return. I returned the product in January and it’s is now end of MARCH. Lost $80 plus to this company. Unprofessional.

Zero stars , received wrong order before Christmas is now February still not resolved

Order sunglasses from zorrata early September and we are in late December and yet to receive my order.

Several emails sent and yet to receive my order.

I bought a ring but it was too big, I followed the instruction for returns.
It has been 3 month and no reimbursement has been issued.
I have been sending emails and not even getting a response from them.
The value if the ring was approximately 60$.

I love this Brand!

Zorrata has affordable shades, designed properly and stylish enough you sit properly next to anyone of my designer brands.

I have 5 pair and I love everyone of them the same.

You guys rock!

It was an impulse buy from a Facebook ad. Initially I was sceptical but I turned out to be wrong. It was a fast and efficient service for which I am very grateful

Do NOT order anything from this company. It’s fraudulent and the other reviews stating this were all correct. What they ship you is something you can get out of a boardwalk crane game. The sunglasses are so cheap and small and then when you try to return anything, they are conveniently MIA, make you go through this BS process where you have to “take a picture of their plastic sunglasses” to submit for an RMA# for “approval”. It’s sheer nonsense and games. The best part ? They ship from Sarasota NY, but you must return them to: CANADA. That’s real. The price for customs and non rushed shipment was $23. They still haven’t refunded my card. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THEM.

Would love to review the sunglasses I ordered but haven’t received them as yet.
