When I email and ask to speak with someone. And need a response because I can’t track my trucks and I’m having a problem no one responded I track my truck through a mobile And the computer so I need them both up and running quite often they’re not I think that should be addressed When I sent a email saying I was adding a truck on I got a response real quick

I love this application it has let me know when things were wrong with my car I am able to track it and keep up with updates easy and customer service is quick to reply to any questions or problems I have had

I love Zubie! It give me peace of mind with my new driver.

Tracking is not good. I have called and emailed but it has not helped. I live in the New York City metro area.

This was the best thing I ever did for my new driver. I always knew where she was without making her text me before she left. I had set notifications for when she left/arrived somewhere and if she went more than 5mph over the speed limit. It gave her scores on her driving as well. Easy to set up and use

Doesn't work on my vehicles. Had the original one that I bought from Car Toys with Verizon as the provider. It worked on a 2004 Toyota but would not work on a 1999 Toyota. Zubie advised me there were issues with Verizon and I was switched to Zubie's monitoring service. The unit that was sent does not work on either of the vehicles now. I plan to cancel service before the next renewal since I am unable to use the unit at all. It is hard to communicate with Zubie since they are strictly email. When the unit did work for a short time I enjoyed the features after that it is 'thumbs down' for Zubie.

I find Zubie to be very useful in multiple respects - for myself and my family. I would feel lost without Zubie.

It does everything I wanted (to monitor my son's driving) and more. It even tells me when something is wrong with the car.

Worked fine for a year then connects but no internet. Got the message to add a piece of tape above card in slot.....what? No mention of replacement or permanent solution. Who's gonna pay my monthly fee to Verizon for connecting? Not Zubie that's for sure!!

Very pointless. Wifi does not work.

I bought 2 Zubies for 2 different cars and they both seem to stop working mid trip. They will indicate that the car stopped at a certain point when it’s already home. It stays at that point until the car starts another trip.

When the unit gets a signal, the system works great. The only issue that the cell system that is used for geolocation is Verizon which does not get a good signal in the mountains of Colorado. It would be great if Zubie could use AT&T as well as a Verizon.

zubie works great, my problem is Verizon I stopped using Zubie on november 27 /2017 and they still trying to collect.????
