Very pleased with Zubie. Allows me to monitor the driving habits of my 18-year-old in the too-powerful car my sweet but not so foresightful husband bought him. As much as I have had to fuss at the child about driving habits, it was an excellent tool in his defense when he got a ticket from an officer who needed to make an example out of someone (officer’s words, not mine).
Only complaint is that it’s sometimes delayed.
Overall, very pleased.

Zubie doesn't always indicate when a vehicle is moving or leaves a designated place. Maps/speed limits Zubie uses are not synced well with roads. (ex. Zubie thinks a road is 35 MPH, but it's actually 45 MPH. The driver drvies the 45 MPH limit but Zubie shows it as someone speeding.) The phone app does not allow users to add designated places. For over a year the action always fails. Have to use the browser website to add designated places.

Zubie does provide a reasonable way to track vehicles. It would be better if it was more accurate.

Love Zubie! The app works flawlessly and I know where my teenage son is every step of his journey. Cost is very reasonable and I have used it for the past two years without fail.

Love the Zubie when it works, I had one that failed me an it was like "pulling teeth" to get a replacement nearly a year.

It was horrible. Never worked consistently

I find Zubie works very well. There is a discrepancy between Zubie's reported mileage and the odometer mileage, amounting to a few percent. This requires a manual reset of the Zubie stored-mileage value. As the vehicle is rented to others, more accurate mileage recording is desired.

Otherwise, I find Zubie very accurate and timely in reporting locations, speed, fuel levels, etc. I particularly like the email alerts.

Loved being able to track the kids, app works great with a small delay

This is an excellent device, I plugged in the car my daughter drives and I am able to see car at any location. I think everyone should have it in their car in case something happens will assist police where needed.

I purchased a Zubie with in car wifi, it The in car wifi stopped working and instead of admitting the problem was a Verizon change we fiddle around with support for 6 weeks. It was fine while It was working but in the end I should have been offered my money back.

Over heated in the first two weeks and required removal of device 8 to 10 times in the course of 2 hours. Tried to upgrade but was denied.

Love Zubie! The only issue is that sometimes the interface is glitchy- live map won’t come up or current drive won’t load. I have, however, found Zubie to be a useful and accurate source of information about my teenagers and their driving habits. The feedback has been a useful tool in monitoring their driving and hopefully keeping them as safe as possible.

When you have a teen driver it’s that extra security in knowing they are safe. My son was in a minor accident but I was informed right away and knew he was ok. Highly recommend for young drivers.

Love the service but do not trust Zubie they have a bait and switch approach to their pricing. We'll see when we go to renew how they handle it and I will update my review at that time. There are still several bugs in the software that have not been addressed. For the price it is an excellent value but concerned about future pricing.

product didn't work and when we wanted to return you said we were 3 days too late to return. I won't buy again and won't recommend

Soo I bought a zubie and couldn't even hook it up to any service cuz it's not even a product that is useful. Soo don't buy one

That’s the best Tracking device. I know exactly when my car moves and where it’s been even when is running low on fuel. I’m satisfied I’ve owned this device for a year and a half.
