I realized after my last purchase of my 3rd Zulay frother that they have a lifetime warranty. I gathered my invoices and inquired and to my surprise the warranty was 100% legit and they made it more than right, and even included a hand written thank you note.
Customer support was great also.

We love their products and use them daily for coffees at home.

They are awesome and helpful. I got a hand written note. This is a family owned business. I bought a frother and it didn't work. They sent me 2 new ones. I really like them and will recommend to family and friends.

Just received my order - went to use for the first time and have broken cracked strainer spoon. I sent message to customer service and have not heard back.

I first purchased the milk frother a couple of weeks ago. After a few uses it didn't work. On a hunch I reached out to Zulay Kitchen through Amazon and heard back from Yna within two days. They reviewed the video and comments I sent and were happy to replace the unit for me. I am so impress how responsive they were. Their willingness to replace and get a new milk frother was also impressive. The new one definitely works very well!

I bought one of their milk frothers and it stopped working after a few weeks. When I called the company, they immediately sent me a new one and in addition they sent an extra frother! Incredible customer service as with any business things can go wrong, but it’s how you handle it, which makes the difference. Thank you.

Great customer service and quick repairs.

The product I ordered didn’t quite work right. I made one phone call. And they sent me a replacement immediately. It works amazing. They corrected it immediately and I’m very happy with the product I have. Thank you very much.

Love their milk frother! It stopped working after about a year and half and Zulay honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a new one! They were friendly and easy to communicate with! Excellent kitchen products! I would recommend them 100%!

Love my Zulay hand held frother! It is very user friendly and works with ease. I had a small issue and had to call Zulay, and my minor issue was resolved quickly, professionally and with customer care. I felt good after the call and can’t say enough about this company! They have it all, the products , the people and do business with a great customer centered attitude!

Great product designs with a lifetime warranty.

I contacted Zulay customer service because I needed a replacement part that wasn’t listed on-line (a stem for the 100 cup coffee urn). Customer service gave me the price and sent the invoice quickly. Everything is good again.

These days the bar for kitchen appliance longevity has been set so low that most of our purchasing experiences come with the added stressor of time and money wasted as the product fails to soon.

Well not so with my recent experience with the Zulay milk frothier This company has the one thing money can’t buy - integrity. They answer calls promptly, are friendly and answer questions honestly.

Further, Zulay offered me a hassle free replacement under their warranty (that actually works). I’ve received not one but two as their way of thanking me for my business and any inconvenience. The replacement was shipped immediately and included a hand written thank you note!

Obtaining timely and attentive customer service via email was challenging. The customer service department does not seem to have the same concern for my needs as I do. When I called their phone number, the gentleman who helped me seemed to get things done in minutes where when using the email customer service it would take days. We had a very expensive automatic coffee maker stop working and we needed to know what to do. I followed all of the directions for the return given to me in email and video on the web site. The shipping label did not come until I called - and once again, in minutes - the same gentleman who was helping resolved the problem. In summary, I emailed customer service more than three times. I only received a response from customer service after I called the phone number four times. This has reduced my confidence moving forward.

Prompt and personalized response to an issue with a product made the process painless. I contacted Zulay Kitchen via email and they sent troubleshooting information and advice. When it was evident the product was not functioning and still under warranty they sent a replacement.
