Fake jacket from Zulily
I bought a Columbia brand windbreaker and I think it's a fake. I've bought Columbia brand before and grew up in the garment industry. The YKK zipper on this appears fake it's so tiny and flimsy. The nylon fabric is the thinnest I've ever seen. I know it's a windbreaker but I don't think this would stop a breeze. They claimed it was 40.99 marked down to 20.00 it's not worth 9.99. Columbia brand is usually much better. I would say this is a fugazy.

Wonderful Customer Service
I bought some Merrell shoes and soles came unglued about 5 weeks after receiving them. Zulily not only gave me a full refund and a call tag to send them back, but a very personal apology. Hard to find such good customer service these days.

Impressive customer service
My comments relate specifically to my dealings with customer service when I was having difficulty completing a transaction. I recently ordered a windbreaker from Zulily, it came quickly. I didn’t care for it, I was very lightweight and flimsy. So when i contacted them, they suggested that I get the same brand, Columbia,that was lined,and would just be an additional $7.50! So I have sent first jacket back and when they get it I will be refunded the entire amount! Both Bhavesh and Rahul were over the top kind and understanding, and got back to me very promptly. I owls recommend Zuiiy and will continue to shop there!

Horrible customer service and scam free returns
Ordered a pair of sandals. Paid extra so that I could return for free if they did not fit. Well, they did not fit as it was not the same as an identical pair that I had purchased elsewhere previously and these were clearly defective sizing. So I tried to contact Zulilly through their return link to return. The link didn’t work, that annoying “oops, something went wrong” page kept showing. I tried this numerous days in a row in case the system was down. Never worked. So I called Zulilly three times. No one answered. So, I emailed them. Heard nothing. Did the entire process again and again still heard nothing back about how to return the sandals. Finally out of frustration, I contacted my credit card company to dispute. The issue was that I paid extra to be able to return for free, and that they were not responding, annd the item was defective. Well Zulilly, responded to the CREDIT CARD company, that the item was received in new condition as stated. I lost my dispute, and am stuck with a pair of sandals that I will just donate, hopefully that someone with larger feet can enjoy these improperly sized sandals. Their customer service is absent. This is a scam business in my opinion, charging extra for free returns then keeping the money rather than doing the promised service.

There was a problem with delivery of my order of a Spanish for Everyone desk calendar. I called customer support and left a message. The manager of customer service, Bhavesh M, returned my call and worked with me using calls and emails until I received the order and was delighted with the service and also the product.

I had placed an order three times and…
I had placed an order three times and still didn't receive the correct item. I had exchanged it twice without resolution. I honestly that I was out of luck and stuck with a dress I didn't order and didn't fit. Rahul was able to resolved my problem. I returned the item I had and got a credit for it. I really appreciated the effort that went into solving my issue.

I received the wrong size
I received the wrong size. I was sent a regular width instead of narrow. The shoes were returned the following day but it took three weeks for me to receive a refund from the purchase date. The most irritating thing was that the manufacturers box was tampered with. The hollow footprint on the box, which indicates a regular width, had been colored in with a pen in an attempt to make it look like a narrow width. I will say that I want to give kudos to Kunal, who was very helpful through the entire return process. Thank you, Kunal.
