I ordered a pair of Birkenstock regular width and received narrow width. I sent an email with pictures, customer service was right on it. I sent the shoe back and received the correct back. It took like 3 weeks but they kept me updated on the progress the whole time. Thank you Rahul G and team for amazing service.

It was a flawless order experience
It was a flawless order experience. The mini cologne was 1/2 price and it was mailed securely (getting more rare these days). Customer service (Mohammed Zohaib) emailed to make sure the order went well. I would order from Zulily again, couldn't have been better.

I used to love ordering from this…
I used to love ordering from this company. Everything used to be top-notch and communication was great. I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago. I received a tracking number that led to nowhere. I finally contacted customer service who said they’d be looking into it… And that was three days ago. Not happy at all.

Knockoffs Not Birkenstocks!…
I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals! They came in a bag not the box! They def look like and are knock offs! The price however was not cheap! Never buying from them again! This is wrong!

Website problems, great customer service
They had the wrong picture for the color shoe I selected, so I mistakenly ordered a different color. I told them after receiving the product, and they responded really quickly and offered to exchange the color at no charge. I decided to keep the color they sent, and they still issued me a $25 credit for the trouble. So, website errors, but great customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM ZULILY!!
DO NOT BUY FROM ZULILY!!! They are selling broken, used, returned products as new. When they ship product, they don't even care to box it and use plastic bags. Customer service is the worst to deal with. Bought 2 Smeg products; both came in completely destroyed packaging and one product is completely broken. CS didn't even try to address issues properly.

Zulily was truly outstanding in resolving an issue of an order that was never delivered to me. This was due to Samir U., the customer support manager, who responded promptly to my inquiry and provided me with a simple form to complete. The refund to my credit card was done in one day. Ordered some shoes from Zulily. Received wrong color. Needed original color for work. Have to have them dyed right color. But it ended up not being their fault, the box was labeled correctly, just wrong shoe color inside. Even tho it was not their fault, they refunded the amount it was going to cost to get them dyed. Totally not necessary, but their Customer Service went the extra mile for me. What a terrific customer service department. These days of some very awful customer service, Zulily went above and beyond anything I expected. ALSO, received responses to my emails within 24 hours... THAT is a GREAT department!!! Cudos to them. Highly recommend this company. They also have great sales!!! Thank you, Zulily, for having great employees who really do their job well!!!

Customer satisfaction is a priority - wow!
While I had an issue with the item itself, the manner in which their Customer Support responded made the entire transaction worthwhile. In this day & age with most on-line transaction issues handled by AI bots, working with real people dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction is not only unusual, in this case I felt it was like dealing with friends.
