The engineer arrived on time to fix my washing machine. The first thing she did was to run a series of tests to make sure there were no electrical faults, either with the supply in general or the machine, and then took the time to understand the problems I'd been having with the appliance. The new parts were then fitted, further diagnostic checks performed and the machine tested. The engineer was very polite and observed correct covid protocols at all times. A very professional individual and highly recommended.

Dave and Steve arrived just before 9am today by just after lunch they had ripped out an old central heating boiler and copper tank for hot water and replaced it all with a new Ideal condensing combi boiler. They fitted new valves to radiators, removed old tanks from the loft and replumbed. Now my wife can have an even larger kitchen countertop – boy is she happy. Dave and Steve are very personable and so tidy. They put plastic protective sheeting down where they were working/walking around the house. Extremely clean and tidy workers. I am so glad we decided to accept the 0800repair quotation. Five stars is understating what they did for us, so I award them TEN stars – Fantastic work guys

Perfect. sorted the problem straight away, no issues.

Made an appointment with this company to fix a fridge freezer still under warranty (Argos/Bush) and was offered 22/12 or 05/01. I picked 22/12 so I would have a fridge for Christmas. The next day I got a voicemail saying they couldn’t do 22/12 and they’d be there on 05/01 instead. Tonight (Sunday 3rd) I get a text from the engineer saying he’ll be here tomorrow. I told him my appointment was arranged for Tuesday and that’s when I had taken off work only for him to ask me to leave out a key (uh, no!) and then he replied “They will tell you Tuesday but I’m not in that area Tuesday”!!!! Well I’m sorry but I’ve never known a company that makes appointments just to show up whenever suits them!! Shockingly bad customer service. And after all this I still don’t have a working fridge!

Update - phoned their call centre on Monday and explained what had happened. They confirmed the appointment was always for Tuesday meaning the engineer LIED in his text exchange. I told them several times that the engineer said he wasn’t coming and that I didn’t want to waste a day off work. They insisted he would be there and if not it would be reported to his manager. That evening I got a confirmation text and email reminder for my appointment.

On Tuesday 5/1 I had heard nothing by 10am so I phoned the call centre and they again insisted he would be there despite me telling them he said he wouldn’t. They told me to ring back in a while if still no word. At 12.30 I called AGAIN for them to say he’d now submitted a report saying he had contacted me etc etc but it made out like it was my fault! I pointed out they made the appointment, their engineer didn’t show, contacting someone on a Sunday evening and expecting them to get a Monday off work was unreasonable AND they had wasted my day off despite my many attempts to sort it. I am currently waiting on them calling me back with a new date due to some computer issue but it could be weeks away. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

They never called me back!!!! Just sent an email with a new appointment for 2.5 weeks away without so much as a word of apology. Spineless. That’ll be over 6 weeks without a fridge / feeezer and no way of keeping food fresh due to these fools.

The man came to fix my fridge & was very helpful went through all the possibilities as to the problem while being very patient & understanding while compliance with all social distance guidelines. Great service.

Kept us informed as to when would be attending. Took time and care when diagnosing problem. Very efficient, once issue identified, replacement ordered, and follow up visit booked, to suit.

Engineer Bill was excellent. Courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and rectified the dishwasher issue without fuss.

Great service. My engineer was Mark woolley (2199) he came to look at my cooker that wasn’t heating up. He soon fixed the element that was blown. Luckily he had one with him. I’m now cooking on full heat. Thanks mark.

My engineer was Mark Woolley. He text the night before with an ETA. Arrived on time. Very polite and professional. Fixed my machine first time. Cleaned up before and after the repair. I’m very impressed with the service. Highly recommended.

0800 repair of Kitchen hob. This was the third time the engineer has been called out and still not fixed after one month of it being broken. £135 fixed price on a two and a half year old appliance. I was promised it would be fixed this time and it's still broken.
