I ordered a bespoke ring from Jack for my partner’s 30th birthday, and he absolutely loved the ring, he was so chuffed with it, and hasn’t taken it off since! It’s everything we wanted and more.

Throughout the whole process, Jack was fantastic. He was really on the ball, communicated brilliantly, and guided me through every step, from designing the ring right through to the finished product. He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, never missing a detail!

I was also really impressed that Jack reassured me the ring would arrive in time for my partner’s birthday, especially as I felt like I had left it quite late to enquire. He kept everything on track and delivered exactly what he promised.

I genuinely can’t recommend Jack enough. The attention to detail, communication and quality of the ring were all amazing. Thank you so much for creating such a special ring 🫶

The process from start to finish with Jack was 5*! Nothing was too much trouble and he got back to us very quickly. He offered really fair pricing and created the most amazing gold signet ring with engraving for a wedding band. Couldn't recommend Jack & 19Rings more!

Absolutely unbelievable service from start to finish. I had a rough idea of what I wanted based on some custom rings Jack had made in the past. He talked me through everything and sent over renderings of what my ring would look like. We tweaked a few things such as adding a second stone which I’m super happy we did but no change was too much trouble!

Honestly if you’re on the fence about getting something custom made for you, do it. The quality is fantastic, the service is brilliant and the turn around time was better than quoted!

throughout the whole process these guys kept in touch. excellent service and GENUINE they could've sent me a faulty product but they realised there mistake and told me frankly instead of beating about this i respect and the ring i got is a beauty . 5⭐️

I got a signet ring designed by Jack at 19RINGS.

He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was always happy to take feedback and create multiple mock ups. He even suggested some ideas and was receptive to feedback and never steered me towards his own decision. He is incredibly talented and managed to convert my frankly shocking pencil and paper drawings into a beautiful ring with engraved band. For what you receive the price is incredibly good.

I had a fantastic experience throughout and came out not only with a fantastic ring beyond what I thought I would get but also a really wonderful experience throughout.

I will definitely be coming back to get gifts for special people in my life as well.

Brilliant from start to finish. The service was outstanding. From the planning of the ring using CAD designs to the final product, I couldn’t fault it. Very knowledgeable and ensure that quality was the number one priority. The ring was hand delivered ahead of schedule along with meeting up throughout the process to ensure what I wanted was what was being delivered. The whole procuress from start to finish was flawless. They were extremely patient in getting the design right as we made so many adjustments to ensure they were perfect.

Jack made a ring for my husband with my 6 month olds fingerprint and the customer service was amazing. He was always quick to reply and kept me informed during the whole process.
Once we received the ring, its an absolutely beautiful ring in sterling silver and amazing quality. We will definitely be using 19rings again in the future!

Throughout the entire process, from design to production, Jack was very responsive, attentive and overall amazing. I had a very simple idea but it was turned into something amazing, the process of creating multiple designs helped me get a clear image of what I wanted as a final design, and I couldn’t be happier with my ring. Great service very quick responses got my ring done and it was exactly the way I wanted sent over a design and Jack nailed it once ring was done it came the next day. Quality of the ring is 10/10.
