Stephen Einhorn is a British family business, founded in 1995 by Stephen Einhorn and Jane Best, with an aim to create truly individual, luxurious jewellery designs handmade by skilled craftspeople in their London workshop. They strive to run a business that they love, where everyone is valued, and where they provide the best customer service possible. The business has gone from strength to strength and their bespoke jewellery client list now includes Disney, Warner Bros, Netflix, Paul Smith and A Bathing Ape amongst many others. Co-Founders Stephen Einhorn and Jane Best's business is a labour of love, they are passionate about craft and skill and continue to train the next generation of makers. They care about sustainability, the ethical and environmental provenance of every material they use; and the culture of work and care within their organisation.

I can’t really speak highly enough about this company, the product and the customer service both during and after sales, beautiful jewellery, really good designs- it’s taken me years to find such a good skull ring - attention to detail and polite professional friendly service and good advice I highly recommend them, I will be back

superb quality and service
I contacted Einhorn on Islington Upper street after my husband's passing to make a memorial ring. From the very first interaction, the store manager (Lorenzo) has been extremely efficient, very professional and in the meantime very sensitive to the circumstances. He's been very patient with me, helpful, not at all pushy. I was kept very well informed during the process, and really happy with the result. I sincerely recommend them to anyone.

Delightfully thoughtful
The website does a great job at showcasing without exaggerating. The quality and size of the earrings is exactly as I had imagined from seeing them on the site (something that can’t be taken for granted).
And it’s apparent that the human service is paying thoughtful attention, too. Great communication, fast delivery, and beautifully presented: a delightful experience.

Repaired engagement ring
Great service from all involved at Stephen Einhorn. They repaired my wife's engagement ring matching the stone perfectly. They cleaned and repolished the whole ring so now it looks like new.

A great jewellery shop
Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly staff. My visit was for cleaning and polishing my wedding ring of some 19 years. The work undertaken was done on a complimentary basis, which was a very welcome surprise.
