My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience with Wongs Jewellers Manchester while choosing and receiving her engagement ring.
We visited on two occasions, and from the first consultation through to collecting the ring, the experience was consistently friendly, professional and relaxed. The team were knowledgeable and helpful, but we never felt any pressure to make a decision. There was plenty of time for us to ask questions, explore different options and simply enjoy the process.
What we particularly appreciated was the balance between professionalism and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Alongside the consultation, we enjoyed some casual conversation, a couple of glasses of champagne, and the photo booth, which made the occasion even more memorable.
Buying an engagement ring is an important milestone, and Wongs helped make the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable rather than stressful or overly formal. We are very happy with the ring and grateful to the team for their warm and professional service.

I chose Wongs as it is a family run business which was established nearly 50 years ago! I went to Wongs over 25 years ago when I wanted to modify my engagement ring and add some stones and my ring looks as good now as it did then. So when
I had a couple of old rings that were missing a diamond in each there was no question of where to take them. I collected the rings recently and was literally dazzled by the workmanship, they looked brand new! I can highly recommend Wongs Jewellers.

Resizing of rings not a good experience.
Resizing of rings ended up taking over 4 visits.
They were never ready when I arrived to pick them up and the work was rushed on one particular ring three times.
Not the best experience and not the quality of work i expected for the £1000 spent.

I didn’t quite know what I was looking for but the whole team, and especially Jenny were great in showing me a selection and helping me to understand which would be best.
There was no pressure to rush into anything and once I’d decided Jenny helped ensure the ring was ready in time for when I needed it. The ability for the ring to be re-sized or exchanged if needed (thankfully it wasn’t) was also a great reassurance.

A little bit late coming, but a huge thank you to Charlie! Over about a year she helped me design a gorgeous engagement ring for my partner, showing incredible patience as I dealt with a bereavement, and I helping make sure we got exactly the right ring. What an amazing experience!! Daisy and Zara looked after us and the customer service was just incredible. My daughter felt like a celebrity! All the staff were so lovely and welcoming, she didn’t feel nervous at all after arriving. The earrings on offer were all beautiful, everything was explained in great detail and they made sure she was happy and comfortable.
She was given a certificate and teddy bear afterwards and she was beaming. I couldn’t recommend Wongs enough, my daughter is already asking for a second piercing!! Thank you all so much XxX

I have recently visited the Liverpool store to discuss have a wedding and engagement ring remodelled. I had made appointments for both visits and was seen straight away. I wasn’t rushed at all, plenty of time for me to explain my vision. I saw Danny on one visit and Anna on the next. Both of them were amazing! Listened to me, offered advice and offered rings for me to try on. They were both so good at their job; friendly, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Fantastic shopping experience from Wongs and Daisy
I ordered an engagement ring online and collected at Wongs in Liverpool, the products are superb, really beautiful jewellery that I had no hesitation in purchasing, but what made this such an outstanding experience was the phenomenal customer service from the staff, Daisy in particular.
Daisy is an absolute credit to Wongs, I couldn’t imagine a better brand ambassador.
