Amazing customer service from Zara
Amazing customer service from Zara, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and all the staff at Wongs. Zara gave me fantastic advice in terms of the service my ring required and it was returned looking brand new. This is a first class jewellers and highly recommended.

I have been going to Wongs since I was a little girl when it was a simple work shop where I would take my scrap gold and Mr Wong would make me a stunning bangle. ❤️ Over the years I have had both purchased jewellery and designed pieces. Would not go anywhere else for special items of jewellery. Family run local business with great customer service and expertise. Our last items were our wedding rings and we are over the moon. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jenny for all your guidance and patience.

Incredible Team and Beautiful Jewellery at Wongs Manchester!
I had the pleasure of visiting Wongs Jewellery Manchester, which just opened yesterday, and what a wonderful experience it was! I met Mr. Wong, Mrs. Wong, and their family members, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming and made the experience feel very personal!
A special mention to Anna, whom I first met at the River Island pop up representing Wongs. She is so lovely and knowledgeable about the jewellery pieces, making every interaction a joy.
I went for the opening and even got a welded bracelet the next day, something I’ve had from Wongs before and absolutely loved!
The combination of beautiful jewellery, personal service, and a warm, friendly team makes Wongs Jewellery Manchester a must-visit. Can’t wait to see more from them!

Visited to look for wedding rings
Visited to look for wedding rings, personal service from door person, to carefully selected rings from Charlie who found us 2 really nice and suitable rings within budget. Measurements were taken rings ordered appointment made and when we went back although busy same service as above, definitely recommended wongs, even if its just a necklace or rings give these guys a visit.

My daughter and I went for the 'Welded…
My daughter and I went for the 'Welded Experience' and were looked after by Daisy. She was amazing!! She made the whole experience extra special. We both had matching bracelets which look lovely. On arrival there was Prosecco available or cold drinks. Daisy was amazing putting our bracelets on explaining every detail as she did. She is an absolute asset to Wongs! I had a necklace made by Wongs for my 21st birthday with a custom charm and engraving of my late father's writing and it turned out so perfectly! Zara and the team at Wongs were so understanding , helpful and supportive when we went to have our mum & dads wedding bands and few other personal pieces remodelled .
