22 year old Gold bangle looking brand new
I have been to wongs for 15 years, they designed my engagement and wedding ring. Always have stayed perfect
Today iv picked up a bangle that iv had for 22 years, it needed some work on it to be able to wear it again and I’m amazed at how good the quality of work is, it looks brand new. I am so happy to have it back. The service is always great

Great service from start to finish
I needed a ring resizing, as my partner and I were using my nan's ring as our engagement ring but it didn't fit. With it having so much sentimental value I was nervous to hand it over to any workshop, but with the good reviews for Wongs I decided to go there. I'm glad I did choose Wongs as they did an amazing job. Their workshop is on site so I didn't have to worry about having the ring sent away, and the turnaround time was reasonable considering its probably getting busy before Christmas. I would especially like to thank Daisy who was extremely helpful when I picked up the ring, and was professional and patient with me when I had made a mistake.

It's a pleasure shopping there. The ambience is just right. Having a goldsmith on site means that any adjustments can be made within a short time, meaning you don't need to return another day. Zara was very helpful.

From the time you arrive until the moment you leave, you are very well looked after. The staff team are welcoming and understand what it is you are looking for. Excellent!
I had a few silver and white/yellow gold rings that needed enlarging and a silver bracelet that needed an extra piece so it fitted my wrist properly, I was visiting Liverpool for a few days, I left them with Wong's on the Thursday afternoon and they were ready to collect on the Sunday. I am delighted with the workmanship and I highly recommend anyone to use Wong's Jewellers.

Jenny was amazing! The service received is on another level. Jenny kept me updated about the ring. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Jenny done some undercover work to find the ring size I needed for an eternity ring whilst my wife had no idea about it. We’ve had wedding rings, Engagement ring, Eternity ring and earrings from Wongs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewellery.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with many of the team who always make us feel like royalty in store offering a drink and are so polite - but our standout is Anna 🤍 We have dealt with her on multiple occasions from looking at wedding rings all the way up to purchasing them she was so amazing through every step and spent so much time helping us it was amazing, she just goes to represent what an amazing business they are!

My beautiful rings
I have used Wongs jewellers twice now to have diamonds set into new rings, once 22 years ago & just a couple of weeks ago, I would'nt go anywhere else.
Such a great personal experience dealing with the most pleasant, helpfull staff, I really cannot fault them. Jenny who I dealt with right through was wonderful, kept me informed throughout.

engagement ring purchase with Zara
My partner and I purchased my engagement ring with Wongs. We went to a few jewellers in Liverpool and their service was such a standout for us we had to choose them. Zara spent the appointment educating us on choosing a diamond, and what really mattered. She also had a lot of patience helping me choose the cut and style of ring for me and I ended up going with something I didn’t think I would suit in the end. From the first appointment to ring collection, it was a 5 star service from Zara and the team.
