We attended Wongs in Manchester City…
We attended Wongs in Manchester City Centre and was served by Danny. He was totally professional from the start, my daughter and I were looking at engagement rings outside through the window. Danny came out to greet us and asked if we needed help, he asked my daughter what design ring she liked and then invited us in to try some on. Danny sat us down and offered us a compilatory drink of prosecco then brought my daughter a tray of rings to try on. My daughter found her forever ring Danny knows his trade and is extremely knowledgeable and made this a truly memorable experience for my daughter the service we received was 10/10. I asked Wongs to make my wedding ring…
I asked Wongs to make my wedding ring after I had previously lost it, my ring was an awkward design.
Zara dealt with me in a very professional manner on all occasions.
My ring had to be resized on two occasions, which Wongs workshop undertook. They got it spot where other jewellers failed.
I would have no hesitation in using Wongs for any jewellery needs

Fantastic service had by Zara at Wongs Liverpool. I was nervous to start, but Zara helped me pick an amazing an engagement ring and really relaxed me about the whole process. After the proposal we went back to get the ring checked for size and again Zara was lovely. She looked after myn5 year old and really made her feel part of the process. All in all it was a fantastic experience. I would 100% recommend. Thanks for everything.

Wongs Bespoke Service - a handmade engagement ring
I run a trade jewellery show so, I am familiar with the industry so, when my son told me he wanted to get married, I put him in contact with Wongs. They offer a bespoke service and the ring he wanted was unusual. Wong's were incredible (as I knew they would be). They handmade him the most beautiful ring. Their advise on the stone and design was exceptional. The customer service and staff are impeccable. We went together to collect the ring and we were treated like superstars. We met the talented designer Ben who showed us the workshop and how the ring was made. Thank you Wongs for such a memorable day. I cannot express enough how happy we both were.

Perfect for an engagement ring
From start to finish, the experience at Wongs Jewellers was excellent. I was quite nervous buying an engagement ring, but the team were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout. All the staff I came across were great and Jenny was really perfect in helping me buy the ring. Jenny took the time to answer all my questions, talk me through different options, and helped me find the perfect ring without ever making the process feel pressured.
The shop itself is beautiful, with really lovely displays and a comfortable atmosphere. Seeing the workshop and getting a tour was a really nice touch and made the whole experience feel even more personal. The photo booth that prints photos was such a fun extra, and the celebratory drinks from the staff afterwards were genuinely thoughtful and memorable.
Their after-sales support has also been fantastic. They were highly responsive over email when we needed the ring resized. The offer of free future cleans is another example of the great customer care they provide.
Couldn’t recommend Wongs highly enough for such an important purchase.

5/5. I cannot express this enough. I never heard of Wongs before the day I walked in (Manchester, Arndale). Absolutely amazing customer service. Was actually interested in the actual proposal itself rather than just selling me a bunch of rings and protections like other stores. Daisy explained in detail between different clarity’s and ratings for different diamonds. Both Daisy & Danny kept in regular communication and my ring only took 4 weeks! Amazing all around and would highly recommend. Thank you!

I was in recently to have two very old…
I was in recently to have two very old rings repaired. Walked in off the street and received wonderful service from Gavin who went through the process and time it would take. Whilst there I also wanted to look at some Earrings, I was introduced to Anna who listened to what my ideas where and went through choices, a very comfortable experience without obligation. Anna is such a lovely breath of fresh air who wasn’t pushy but made the whole experience very special. Have been lucky enough to have several pieces of jewellery from Wongs over the years and they always have exquisite workmanship in every piece and received lots of compliments when wearing them.
The two repairs where also done in the exact time frame I was given. I Would highly recommend Wongs for all aspects of Jewellery.

A remodelled ring which is stunning
All the staff were very welcoming & helpful. I had a five diamond ring that I wanted remodelling into a new ring, Suzi advised me about the design of my new ring which I received as a CAD from then on the whole process was seem less, Suzi was excellent throughout. The result is the ring of my dreams it is a mixture of natural diamonds which were my own and lab grown diamonds you would never know which is which, it is stunning. I would highly recommend Wongs Jewellers & especially Suki.

Tennis Bracelet and Earings
