Stephen Einhorn is a British family business, founded in 1995 by Stephen Einhorn and Jane Best, with an aim to create truly individual, luxurious jewellery designs handmade by skilled craftspeople in their London workshop. The business has gone from strength to strength and their bespoke jewellery client list now includes Disney, Warner Bros, Netflix, Paul Smith and A Bathing Ape amongst many others. Co-Founders Stephen Einhorn and Jane Best's business is a labour of love, they are passionate about craft and skill and continue to train the next generation of makers. They care about sustainability, the ethical and environmental provenance of every material they use; and the culture of work and care within their organisation.

Stephen Einhorn has been there for everything we have needed in important times . An engagement ring, our wedding rings, a 50th birthday ring through to a beautiful dog pendant.

The assistant made me feel extremely special. I initially went into buy a ring that I had my eye on for ages. Then i saw the most beautiful bracelet. I took a while deciding, but the assistant remained patient. I bought the bracelet in the end.Its the most beautifully crafted piece. I love it!

I bought a silver bracelet for my son…
I bought a silver bracelet for my son for his birthday two years ago. He loves it and wears it everyday. He was invited to send it back to be polished and examined to see if it needed any repairs, all done free of charge. The bracelet has an amazing clasp so there is no risk of it coming undone, in the past my son has lost bracelets because they were unsafe. All in all Stephen Einhorn is a very professional and talented jeweller..

I bought a gents beaded bracelet that was too small, so I sent it back at considerable expense and was told it was damaged, I just tried it on once. I was refused a larger replacement, so had to have the original extended which was expensive for what it was. The silver part is now almost black. Disappointed.

If the silver has gone black this can be due to a number of factors. The silver itself is 925, but it can dis-colour if exposed to something acidic or some body products such as soaps or shampoos or chlorine. Occasionally its the acidic balance in your skin. This can usually be sorted with a professional polish. We will be in touch with you.
