I was in the market for a signet ring in a very small size and spoke to at least 10 jewellers before Jack, some of whom I think took advantage of the fact I didn’t know exactly what I was after, and none were half as helpful or responsive! From the offset Jack was extremely transparent, communicative and helpful, creating designs I loved from scratch with absolutely no input or ideas from me. The actual jewellery making process was a lot faster than I expected, and I was kept updated throughout. I can’t recommend 19rings enough, incredibly good value for money and a high quality service from start to finish.

I had a fantastic experience with 19 Rings from start to finish. Jack was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and couldn’t do enough for me. What really stood out was that he was messaging and responding out of hours, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

The ring is absolutely perfect. Jack really listened to what I wanted, made the changes where needed without any hassle, and made sure everything was just right. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the final result.

I had started my designing progress in January to create a very custom and high quality signet ring that hold a lot of meaning for my boyfriend for valentines day! The entire process was seamless and I got all my questions answered almost immediately and got designed better than I imagined. It was so easy to alter changes while still receiving honest opinions. I ordered all the way fro California and it came in time! My boyfriend absolutely loved his custom ring and I know it is a high quality piece he will have forever and hold meaning! Go get a ring!!

He gave me plenty of design options right from the start and he was very helpful with that. Messaged on TikTok after seeing a ring the made and wanted a custom ring made, process of design went smoothly and then had the ring made and polished. Quick and easy process and definitely worth the £!

A few weeks ago I got in contact with Jack to make a ring as a present. His responses are quick and always answer any questions that have been asked. I had help from Jack to make the perfect ring and my boyfriend absolutely loved it. There were a few scratches on the ring (most likely from a bit of ware) and when I got in contact with Jack he straight away sent a postage label and got it re polished and cleaned up and sent it back after about 3 days. When it came back it was absolutely perfect. I honestly can’t recommend this business anymore, fast + informative replies and amazing products. It’s a brilliant find!

Jack was incredible to deal with throughout. Helpful in conversations to figure out best options, was very generous in time and energy trying different designs until we landed on the perfect one. I’d have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him.
